      I had ordered the *** course when in fact I needed a different type of course for insurance rate reduction. I was just told to take a driving course. I hit start and the software required a ticket number. I, nor any listed drivers, have any tickets etc. **** provided clarity and processed a refund.

      This company is making re-registered custimers when u fail 3 questions regarding the authentication of your identification, when this has NOTHING to do with the course that we are paying for. We pay for a course for safety driving and the important knowledge of being a driver, again they are failing customers for not respond to a identification questions. Other factor they can't proof if you really fail 3 questions, I failed 2 questions and the course blocked me,When I ask for proof of my " alleged three failed questions " they said they can't see that , I believe this company is deceiving customers when they try to apply the such policy. Again they blocked my course because I failed 2 questions not 3, questions regarding identification nothing to do with the purpose of this course.

      We are so sorry to hear that you were frustrated with your course experience. We would like to thank you for your feedback as we are always looking to improve the experience for our users, and really appreciate your time. For the specific program you took, at the beginning of the course a set of "personal validation questions" are asked in order to create an answer key for the student. The student's responses are saved in a database, and the questions are later asked at random as the course progresses.

      The intention of this practice is that the proper student participating in the course will know their own answers (as they created their own self-assessment answer key) and should be able to correctly validate. It is possible that if a student did not carefully read the initial questions or carefully select their answer, the original responses saved may not be in line with the student's actual self-assessment causing them to get future questions "wrong",though this depends on the student's engagement, and it is not a bug with the course. It is true that students who are unable to successfully validate after several attempts will be excluded from the course and need to re-register.

      One of our objectives, as an approved course provider, is to remain compliant with State regulations for course providers. In part, one of the requirements is validating student participation, and upon failure, students must be excluded.

      I have reviewed your account, and I have provided a onetime courtesy unlock for your security questions, in the event that a technical issue may have happened. Please feel free to log back in and complete your account by the expiration date of 7/11/2024. If the course is not completed by that expiration date, we will not be able to unlock it further and you will need to re-register for the course. I hope I could provide some relief to this issue!
