This is easily one of the worst companies Ive ever had to deal with. Their salespeople lied to me and pressured me into a horrible vacation membership. I have made it clear many times that I want out. I havent paid them in years, but they wont even foreclose on me, presumably out of spite. The only exit they will offer is one where I pay 50% of my loan. At the end of the day, all they want is more money, never mind the fact that they have not given me anything of value for all the money I have already paid them. Do NOT get involved with this company or their timeshares.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

I was sold on pre-purchasing a vacation package in August 2023. I was ensured I could travel to several awesome locations whenever the time suited me and cancel or rearrange my vacation if life popped up and that this vacation, once paid for never expired. This was reconfirmed to me in June of 2024 when I booked a stay at ****** Beach. The representative who booked that with me very pushy and rude and I kept trying to explain to him that I did not know if I could travel this summer due to personal life issues. He ensured me I could cancel without penalty and told me not to worry I could just rebook. Turns out those were all lies. I just cancelled but to those personal reason and the woman not only charged me $20 (not a lot to some, but needed for a single mom) but also told me my vacation expires 9/9unless I pay them ANOTHER $50. Keep in mind.i already PAID FOR THE VACATION. Now I get nothing. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! This is a terrible business and the representatives have no qualms about lying to you to get their bookings. Insane. My experience was much like the other reviewers and I wish had read this reviews before I a scammed into buying a vacation that I never got to take.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

The Hilton Aqua Sol has the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced at any hotel. The front desk staff are very unprofessional and pretty much ignore complaints. This property made up some package delivery charge on site. This charge is $5.00 per package and goes up. This is not disclosed anywhere on the website, emailed confirmation, guest check in and not displayed in the lobby. So if you forgot a toiletries or someone got your kids please dont order it from Amazon or ******* delivery at the front desk will charge you to retrieve your package. If this information was provided BEFORE or DURING the reservation process that would be different but forcing guest to pay the front desk $5.00 on a package that youve already paid shipping on is INSANE and should be illegal. You cant hold someones mail/packages hostage! Ill NEVER stay at another Hilton property. Really hate I went with a summer rate offer versus sticking to Marriott or IHGHilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Our journey with Hilton Grand Vacations Club started with optimism, but quickly turned sour. The promised informative session at the owner's timeshare presentation turned out to be a high-pressure sales pitch, pushing us to buy more points with false promises of equity growth and easy resale. Despite our additional investment, booking vacations remained a constant struggle due to limited availability. Undisclosed financial responsibilities, coupled with the lack of transparency during the closing process and hidden fees, left us feeling deceived and financially strained. We havent been able to use our timeshare in the last 4 years due to the severe lack of availability, but if we want to book a room for next week, we can simply go onto Booking.com and have a reservation immediately. As owners, not so much! Our trust in Hilton Grand Vacations Club's integrity has been crushed, and we advise caution to those considering their offerings.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Predatory sales pitches when it comes to timeshares!! Would give 0 stars if I could. They don't give you all the info the presentation and by the time you realize what's going on you're in the middle of signing a long extensive contract. I'm glad I read through and rescinded within Nevada state law. Will never go to another presentation again. The tickets didn't even work when we went. Still cost money. And I got charged twice for a deposit.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Hilton Grand Vacations is the biggest marketing gimmick in vacation planning. I was tricked and lied into purchasing a timeshare for $35K that is literally worth dollars today. The HGV is a huge sales lie and I would never ever recommend this to anyone. It is a trap! You pay your hard earned dollars and then you don't get what you were promised. They never told us that we have five days to review the sales documents and cancel if not satisfied with the sales terms because they knew we would cancel. Hilton sales staff were relentless, and they just would not take NO for an answer. After we declined an offer, they would leave and then come back with another better offer. They came at us with different sales people with different tactics. One would come in to interrupt -- just to say what a great deal we were offered from their off market inventory, then, they would bring in a different closer or supervisor. They had an onslaught of different employees coming after us. After the 4th or 5th offer and dealing with the false sense of urgency that was bestowed upon us, we finally agreed. So then, we met with another person who basically rushed through the contract and just told us where we needed to sign. They failed to disclose things like our heirs would be responsible for our Balance and Maintenance fees FOREVER. They failed to disclose that our legal right of rescission per Nevada Law was 5 days. They also led us to believe that this purchase was an investment. They explained that this was a real estate purchase and Timeshare had value and to give us peace of mind, they told us they would buy the timeshare back from us if we decided we no longer wanted it. That was also a lie. Will all honestly, the Hilton Grand Vacations is a total waste and an abuse of people's intellectuality. The government should step in and stop this nonsense. Stay away and pay your own hotel/resort cost instead of a useless timeshare. I can be reached for any questions.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

10-16-20 my husband and I attended a presentation for the HGVC. As we both travel quite a bit we were interested. After a grueling 3 hour presentation by Mr. ***************************** we ended up signing up for a membership. Another individual pointed out of his office window and told us that their new 57th building in *** would be our home away form home. All of the promises were untrue. Each and every time we tried to book a property, there were no avaiablities. I was paying $761 monthly for a vacation plan that was useless. It was $5,000 to register. January 2020, we finally reserved a room at the 57th property. Upon registration we were informed that we were not members of the new 57th st. ******* but an older one on the other side of *********. *****, hotel rep. arranged for us to speak to a ********************** to see if things could be straightened out. ********************** referrd me as ignorant as iI was unable to navigate through their system. We asked if we could sell the club membership back to Hilton. ********************** informed us that it would be too costly and complicated. Eventually we thought that we had found an exit company that would help us. After paying ****** to the company, we were sued by Hilton for nonpayment. We were advised by he companys representatvie to discontinue our payments as there was going to be a class action lawsuit against HIlton and we would be part of that action. Bottom line, we ended paying Hilton $18,000 to exit the membership and this does not include the $37,000 that I had paid prior to the lawsuit. Now I am trying to get preapproved for a retirement home and I was surprised at how little I was approved for. As it turns out, Hilton has the exit listed as a foreclosure. I am a 65 year old retired teacher with no debt and Hilton has ruined my credit score and maybe my dreams of retiring down south with my family. Please beware that HGVC is not all that it claims to be. All in all I lost $67,000 and nothing to show for it.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

I have been a member since 2008- through several new ownership groups. I recently logged in to book a vacation for my family of 4 in ************* in August. The website shows a 1Bedroom Huron room that sleeps 4 available for the 3 nights I am looking for. The website has shown this availability for over a week as I had to ensure those dates worked for our family. When i went to book online an error message pops up. I have tried on several days and the same error message comes up each time. I called customer service today and was told that only a studio is available and I could book 2 of them. This would mean I am splitting up my family, getting no kitchen or other amenities and it costs an additional 1000 points. Checks of other resorts show that there is ZERO availability for August that would accommodate my family. My points "expire" at the end of August and I was told by customer service that there is no ability to carry them forward- even though they are paid for! So now, I am told that the point I paid for and purchased are being lost, even though there is zero availability to accommodate my family on vacation. They made no attempt whatsoever to assist me in carrying the points forward and instead want me to be okay with losing the $1200-$1500 those points cost me for the year. Their website is inaccurate for available accommodations and their customer service was awful. This is completely unacceptable and should be illegal to offer no rooms and yet also refuse to carry forward my points to be used the following year.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

I paid for a promotional package to stay at a ********* Hiton for 3 nights and time share presentation. Hadn't even the opportunity to attend and already having severe customer service problems. I called three times and spoke to reps each time whom promised to solve problem. Neither of them did. Finally called and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor. I was told that they would return my phone call in 72 hours. One week later and still no phone call. Now I want my money back for the promotional 3 night stay since i will not be attending. Ironically, it was a simple request regarding access to my online account password reset. I am very disappointed! If they are ignoring me now, can you imagine how they would solve a real problem.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.
