1 starDont stay at any hilton. If anything goes wrong customer service and management are the worst. Imagine getting a timeshare deal, then getting robbed so you are unable to attend the timeshare. Get locked out of your room multiple times. Only to then luckily find your way home with no ID to call ********************** directly to pay extra as you know you failed to get to the timeshare. At which point they tell you any package you prepayed for including a cruise is nonrefundable and you won't be getting any of the items you already prepaid for. I had to call hilton grand vacations dozen of times and kept getting promises for a call back that never happened. After over a month and hours wasted I finally had someone offer me ***** hilton honor points. The equivalent to like ***** bucks tops. I ended up paying more for my room then I would have if I didn't use the timeshare deal. My time and energy was wasted on terrible customer service and terrible individuals. I was robbed twice. Once by my assailant. And again by hilton grand vacation by refusing to accommodate repurchased merchandise.Review fromSteven O

They are nothing but a Bait and Switch operation and once you sign up there is never any availability when or where you want to stay. They just screwed me over on a ********* trip. The trip was booked and confirmed in December, then 2 weeks ago they say the hotel I wanted was not available and put me in an off-strip hotel.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Bought a $397 Hilton grand vacation package for Sedona.I was told no blackout dates I could use it at any time. Im requesting the dates in June for October and Ive been told its unavailable until December.What a scam!I couldve bought hotel rooms for cheaper.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Im writing this review not only to express my total dissatisfaction with Hilton Grand Vacation, but also to warn folks that this is SCAM of gargantuan proportions. If somehow they already bamboozled you with their presentations, you have FIVE DAYS TO GET OUT or ask for a deed back.We the deed for timeshare with in 2014. At that time the annual fees were less than $700 for a biennial ownership. The 2024 maintenance fees came close to $1200. We had not been informed this is a potential outcome before we closed the deal.Although poorly, this deal had worked until kids became adults. The experience with transferring the points to one of the kids for a trip abroad as a college graduation gift was only another hassle at additional handsome.Like with any property or product we purchase during our lifetime, one should be able to sell or even give away what is no longer needed. In 2023 I called HGV to ask about possibilities of getting out of this timeshare. I was told that I can resell it and was provided with three options of which none worked. Even the famous ******************** couldnt do it. The results were as expected, but I was keen to follow their recommendations.In 2024, when I received the new bill for maintenance fees, I reminded HGV that I already express my lack of interest in continuing with the timeshare ownership. Therefore, I declined to pay and complained that their recommendations for resale led to no result (not even $0). During this conversation, I was told that the other option was a deed termination (deed back as the HGV staff called it) for a fee of $1500, but first I have to pay almost $1200 in annual fees for 2024. I repeated that I am NOT going to use their services any longer. I was told that if I wanted to avoid the 2024 fee, I should have informed them before August 2023. I explained that I actually did and no one told me about the deed back option. The customer support responded: We do not advertise it. I WAS BAFFLED!Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

We write this review as a WARNING to anyone that plans on doing business with Hilton Grand ************** My wife and I have been owners since 2015 and since the very beginning, we were sold on all the grandiosepromises which only turned out to be false. We believe thisis a commontactic they use based on all the past reviews we are reading about HGVC.Not only have our expectations not been met, butto this day we are stillconstantly subjected to hidden fees that completely negate the claims of affordability. When we have tried to raise our concerns, we are invited to meetings where we are told that the only way we can receivewhatthey havepromised usof previous upgrades is by upgrading once again. With each meeting, the new salespeople effectively tell us the previous salespeople lied to us about the benefits, but if we upgrade with them, then well receive those benefits, but we dont.Another thing we were told in thesemeetingswas that they are a ***************** and that it was a one-stop shop when booking avacation. They also mentioned the value would increase and it would be easy to resell, which we later found to be untrue as well. In conclusion, we feel scammed and have requested multiple timesto berelieved of all responsibility and our contracts becancelled,which they have not done despite our pleas. Escribimos esta resea para exponer nuestra experiencia con Hilton Grand Vacations la cual ha sido demasiado estresante y tambin compartir las tcticas engaosas que exhiben en sus presentaciones. Lo que segn era un viaje gratuito a ********* en una oferta tentadora que prometa el viaje a cambio de asistir a una presentacin en Hilton Grand Vacations Club en *************** pronto se convirti en una sesin de ventas y constante presin para lo que pareca ser una oportunidad emocionante para invertir en nuestro futuro. Se aprovecharon de mi inters en hacer una inversin en bienes races, y me hicieron promesas que hasta la fecha no han podido cumplir. Como que podra ser una herencia valiosa para nuestros hijos. Esta promesa ha resultado ser completamente falsa. ***** intentado cancelar o vender el contrato de tiempo compartido debido a la imposibilidad de usarlo, pero nuestros esfuerzos para comunicarnos con alguien que pueda ayudarnos han sido rechazados e ignorados. ****** se nos ha informado que el valor de reventa de nuestro tiempo compartido es significativamente menor al precio de compra, lo cual contradice las aseguranzas de los vendedores sobre su apreciacin con el transcurso del tiempo. Por ese motivo, nos mantenemos firmes en nuestra decisin de cancelar ya que no confiamos en ellos ni tenemos **************** cumplan lo prometido. Pero si tenemos fe de que saldremos de esta pesadilla, y recibamos la cancelacin de este contrato. I am incredibly disappointed in how Diamond Resorts has treated both ******* mother. And still these same Diamond Resorts employees continue to upsell by using Hiltons name having been acquired during Covid. Promising new ************************* at the low, low price of $275,000.00. I have served as the sole caregiver for my mother, who suffered from multiple sclerosis (MS) affecting her brain. And now, I am partially disabled too, after I sustained a mild traumatic brain injury from a fall at work. It has been an incredibly stressful time made all the worse by Diamond employees. Admittedly, we have a long history with Diamond resorts. And in truth, it has taken us a long time to figure out exactly how we've been duped, repeatedly, through upgrades. In fact, the only thing you gain in the end is larger costs with diminishing returns. By large costs, we are talking about over a Quarter MILLION Dollars, just in contracted loans, independent of all the other fees. I am unable to afford the current maintenance fees, which have already increased by 16% over the past two years. As I am now living on a fixed income, these fees have become a significant financial burden. Separately from the costs we have also discovered that we were blatantly and purposefully deceived about what we were getting and how it could be utilized. It is also worth noting that during my stays at resorts in ******, *********, ******************** I encountered loud & disruptive guests who smoked in their rooms. At the ********* resort in *******, we were compelled to contact security multiple times due to the excessive noise from neighboring guests, making it sound like an actual bar open until the early morning hours. Similar experiences with smoking and unruly, loud guests occurred at the **********, Point at *****, ****************** Powhatan Resort. Collectively, these experiences were subpar & highly unpleasant. Regardless of how often we travelled, it was not worthy of the cost applied.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Grand Hilton resort timeshare is a total SCAM. Dont waste your time and stay away from them. I made a mistake and now itll cost me thousands of $&$ to get out of it. And for Hilton do not bother to comment here that you apologize bla bla bla because youre not going to do anything to fix it.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

I have asked Hilton Grand Vacations to remove me from their call list many, many times and they continue to call me sometimes up to 3 times a day. Please make it stop. This has been going on since 2016 when I had a weak moment and did one of their tours in *******. I just want them to go away! I said no then and I am an even bigger "no!" now. What seemed like a cool "free" trip has turned into a near daily harassment for almost 8 years now. Run people! Don't take the tour.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.
