Translated by BBB Representative:
Do not deal with Diamond Resorts. They are in the business of ripping off innocent families with their dirty timeshares. I hope everyone reading this realizes how terrible Diamond is. Do not attend their sales meetings under any circumstances. They offer you free stuff to go to these but they will trick and manipulate you into buying one of their horrible timeshares. That they are not worth it. You will be trapped in debt for a worthless product. Almost everything they promise is a lie or an exaggeration. They lied to us in Las Vegas about how long we had to cancel the purchase. They did not correctly disclose the fees associated with their timeshares. They cheated me with their points system. At no point do you save money when you get involved with your timeshares, it is a huge waste of time and money. They describe their timeshares as "property" and not timeshares. They know what they are doing with their deceit. The worst thing is that we refused to buy several times and yet they insisted on selling us the lousy timeshare. The presentation was all in Spanish, but the contractual procedures were in English and that made us even more deceived. It's clear that all Diamond Resorts cares about is getting people to sign up for timeshares, lock them up and drain them of their finances. See what others have experienced with Diamond. It is a scam, a big lie and they should be investigated by the authorities. We have already sent letters to their headquarters and they have done nothing, but we will continue to expose them and seek justice.

TERRIBLE SCAM. This is such a horrible sales trap and marketing scam. I was requesting to book a hotel on the Hilton customer service line and was redirected to the Hilton Grand Vacations for a "potential offer". The sales associate from HGV was extremely unclear and kept on asking for my credit card information, promising that he would not charge. I thought that I was only putting down my information to be considered for the offer, but directly after the call there was a few hundred dollars of charge. The package that I was supposed to have purchased is also non-existent and not bookable. The entire call was only forcing me to give out my information to book this package. IF YOU DO RECEIVE A CALL, DO NOT PURCHASE OR GIVE OUT YOUR INFOHilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Worst decision we've ever made in our lives! An absolute over priced terrible idea. After almost a year of ownership we still owe over $40k, now they tell us the resale value is only $9k. Let my bad choices save you from one! Please don't do this. Say nothing about yearly maintenance fees that cost more then a week stay in a hotel which is only what our timeshare is!!Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

I'd give 0 stars but I can't. Predatory practices and unsolicited sales influenced my purchase into a deal that cannot be backed out of for several hundred dollars. (Pending maybe a thousand more) DO NOT. PURCHASE.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Hilton Grand Vacations can help me recover from what in truth, are devious and exorbitant lending practices, yet even the President of the company has no heart. I work in the school library for a community college. I have paid over $15,000 in interest alone. The loan is exploitative.  There are a bunch of hidden fees that were never disclosed to me. I was lied to and mentally manipulated into signing this contract and I am still trying to catch up on my obligations because of it. I cannot continue with monthly payments, nor annual fees especially in this awful economy.  In 2019, 2 years into a previous contract, I was convinced to "upgrade" by a seemingly kindhearted sales rep. He persuaded me to increase the ownership so that I could travel more and get more benefits with more points. He stressed that it was a good real estate investment and reassured me that Hilton has a "buyback program" where they buy timeshares off owners who don't want them anymore, like a car dealership and then resell them again. The manager even said that since this was a "deeded property", that I could potentially even sell it for more money than I initially bought it for. Eventually both the rep and his manager became very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. Once I had agreed to a contract, we moved to the closing stage. This was with a third Hilton employee, and she was there to help me navigate the closing and explain the loan to me. Before doing this, though, the two sales employees, suggested to me that I lie about my income so that I qualify for the loan. I really didn't want to do this and refused, but I later noticed on the contract that they did end up lying about my income to qualify me for the loan. Then the race was on. The "navigation employee" really rushed me along through this and didn't really let me have time to look over what it was I was signing. I don't recall going over the Public Offering Statement with her, but everything was so rushedHilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Hilton Grand Vacation Company conducts its business dishonestly and not transparently. I was transferred and hooped up with the sell scam after I contacted Hilton Honor membership service to rest my password. At that time I want to book a room at Hampton inn for a few days trip with Hilton Honor membership. The customer service agent of Hilton Honor knows we travel a lot and use Hampton Inn as one of my favorites and he just mentioned there is a promotion of pre-pay vacation and transferred me to Hilton Grand Vacation (I thought still with Hilton but different the department, my mistake!). Since my daughters is in Chicago and we will visit her 3 ~ 4 times per year, the sale agent push me for a "pre-pay" vacation package t but he never mentioned the timeshare, or precondition of attending the 2 hours sell pitch. I realized that we have to attend the sale pitch to qualify the promotion when I try to book the day later on. I contacted Hilton Grand Vacation to complain about my concerns, but no resolution. Although I still have some complaints with the agent who handled my booking and complaints, I won't go into details here. Here I am asking to cancel the purchase and full refund for the following reasons: 1). The sales agent did not mention the prerequisites for participating in the promotion when he sold me the package. 2). He did not send me documents or contract via email or mail. it violated my right to cancel a purchase on time. Unless Hilton Grand Vacations can provide evidence that the sales agent sent me documents or contract details before September 28, 2022. I will request to cancel the purchase and request a full refund.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Three years. Three years of back and forth. Three years of being mostly ignored. They lied to us at the beginning. Mistreated us in the middle. And now ignore use. The last letter we sent was to a lady named Norma AND we added a whole department (this was in October) and NOONE has replied. We are scum to them.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

This is by far the worst investment we have ever made. Do not do it if you are being approached by HGVC. Their system is the worst. They charge you fees to book, fees to save your unused points, fees to switch to RCI, are you getting the picture? Along with all of the yearly maintenance fees. If I could rate this program a zero on stars I would but that isn't an option. I would sell in a heartbeat if I could find anyone interested. Worst scam and the worst program ever. Marriott would be a much better choice.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

We have been owners since 2012 and are quite happy with HGVC. For those who may be interested consider the following: The salespeople are there to sell you a product. Do not be shocked if they represent the product in the most favorable light. If Holliday Inn or Comfort Inn satisfy your needs, HGVC is not for you. You will pay more to get to a luxury level. HGVC is not a bargain finders club. Yes the meetings will last more than an hour. The system can be complex and sometimes confusing to use. Given time to understand the system and various points it can be rewarding. But... If you believe you can wait until the last month to book popular resorts- you will be disappointed. Yes, some salespeople can be pushy as they promote their product. We have found this to be the exception. And some are more knowledgeable than others. Once you become familiar with HGVC - and admittedly that takes some learning- you will find it excellent for upscale vacations.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.
