Well this is the second time I'm trying to book a timeshare in Orlando no one informed us there were no pets allowed thank God that we checked into it we spent two months in Florida a year we're hoping to go to Orlando. Don't forget pets are like your children😢

Hello Richard, we apologize for the frustration. Due to the nature of timeshare, changes to each property's rules and regulations would need to be approved by each association's board of directors. In addition, we polled Owners a few years ago about this topic, and the majority indicated they did not want pets at each of our properties to prevent disruptions to their overall vacation experience. We will be sure to pass your feedback on to our team. Thank you for reaching out.

I feel like the practices of this organization could be considered fraudulent and deceptive. I was told that HGV had bought out Diamond Resorts which may or may not be true but they also claimed what I owned was a huge problem being in Hawaii. I made the purchase in order to be removed from my previous membership but ended up paying much more that owning that would have cost me. Yes, this is sort of a "buyer's remorse" issue but I also feel I was deceived into making the purchase.

I will be bringing my contract to a lawyer. Putting stop payments as this is a scam, or my salesperson scammed me. I have not been able to access my information for four months and the first time someone contacted me back, they told me someone would call. That was two weeks ago. I suggest stopping payments on any of their accounts because they will charge you and give you nothing. I have had enough, and I feel this is just another American company trying to take advantage of good people. I told them I made less than $80,000US and they still pressured me. If you earn less than $80,000, then we can not sell to you!!!!!!! I just called the 800=932-4482 and it told me about point adjustments and then hung up.

I got a call yesterday from an employee, and on the voicemail, she blamed me for not being able to contact her. I will contact my provider, but I doubt after four months it was my phone not working. I tried to call back, and I couldn't get through. I have her extension, and still, I cannot get to a part that says enter an extension. The automated machine also hung up on me once. I do have an email. It should have been the one on file. But it seems not to be. Again, I am being blamed for poor customer service.

Hilton Grand Vacations is a HORRIBLE company that needs to cease its timeshare sales operations immediately! They are selling timeshares and advertising it as a real estate investment. This is outright fraud.
Their sales agents are lying to people to convince them to purchase their units. They told us that they were affiliated with Disney and that as a benefit to purchasing, we'd have free access to Disney owned parks. This was especially deceiving because our daughters became excited at the idea of Disney. Turns out they have no affiliation. Everything they tell you before you buy a timeshare with them turns out to be an exaggeration or a lie! Despite declining several times and explaining that we didn't have the money for the down payment, they swindled us into opening an **** card. They place a lot of urgency on getting you to buy and it's very aggressive and overwhelming! Don't let them play on your emotions, it's a scam. They held on to our ID cards for several hours. It like the only way to get out of that horrible sales meeting nightmare was to sign the paperwork! What's worse is that the contract was executed in a sloppy and rushed
manner had us sign on a small iPad that made it difficult to read. They said
we made a "great decision for our family", yet it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes we've ever made.
THEY pitched this as a real estate investment for our future and our kids future!!!! Told us we would OWN!!!!! NOT TRUE!!!
BADLY DONE HILTON!!! You're tarnishing your name!!!

Thieves and liars. Sweet talk you into a wonderful timeshare tell you everything you want to hear. They steal your money then you try to book and surprise no availability!!! But go to Priceline and you can book the same resort in the same room and pay for it. Hilton is such a scam. Time to get a lawyer and get my money back from these thieves.

It is very obvious that Hilton does not care not care about their owners...all that matters is how much money they can steal from people. Promises of phone calls that never happened and finally when I did get a call I was going to get an email with what I was to do next..,what a surprise NOTHING!! I want to get rid of this scam. You should all be ashamed of yourselves stealing from people. Take your "timeshare" and shove it.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and have been for over a decade. I listended to one of their proposals when making a hotel reservation, via the DIamond line. I ended up purchasing a vacation package but due to Covid and work kept being unable to use it. After receiving an email stating that it would expire in 30 days I finally went to book the package (again having 30 days before it would expire) and was told that it couldn't be used on any of the dates I had available. I asked for my money back but was informed that the package was non refundable, non transferrable, and evidently it's also non useable. I would avoid ever using Hilton Grand Vacations for anything related to vacationing. In fact, my confirmation number is (actually BBB wouldn't let me post it), which evidently is a worthless number since it can't be used for anything resembling a vacation. If BBB would let me give 0 or negative stars I would. Worst experience ever with a company.

To Whom It May Concern: My husband purchased a Hilton Grand Pre-Paid Vacation package for $351.03 for 4 days 3 nights +$100 "Spend A Night On Us" Certificate. We tentatively booked a Chicago vacation planning to spend time w/our grandson who lived in Chicago. Our grandson's work re-located him from Chicago in May, '22, eliminating any reason to travel there. I immediately telephoned HGV to reschedule at another location w/in a reasonable distance of our home. During that conversation w/HGV rep we were told the myriad of possible locations i.e TN, SC, VA, & dates, (Sept-Dec.) were already booked. We were then told, as Alabama residents, there were very limited locations, removing S. Carolina & others from the list included in the materials w/our vacation package. I again telephoned in July. Same story~booked! I have attempted to adjust dates/locations w/no success. We are Sr citizens, long time Hilton Honors members & long term owners of HGV affiliated timeshare. We trusted HGV to have sufficient inventory available for us to choose from. I telephoned again on 9/8, speaking w/4 different HGV reps, receiving different info from each rep. Only 1 was "polite"! Same story....everything booked. Ironically, there was a room in Daytona Bch., my hometown, a place we are not in need of accommodations. We feel strongly that this offer was misleading. At this juncture I/we gave spent far more time than we should need to w/no opportunity to utilize the marketing package! We respectfully request a refund of the amount we paid HGV. This experience has been unduly stressful & disappointing. Leaving a 1 star rating only because it is required!

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Hilton Grand Resorts & Diamond Resorts. We received an offer for a free stay, plus gifts, at a Diamond Resort in exchange for attending a presentation. What a mistake. The presentation was just an elaborate endless ploy to convince you to buy a timeshare immediately. They played videos depicting lavish resorts at exotic locations. They planted people in the audience to shout out things like "Oh WOW, or I can't believe they are offering that" What a joke! The sales staff will confuse you with all their "last minute deals". Don't fall for this high-pressure sales nonsense. We were trapped in this bogus sales meeting for several hours. We were tired and confused about everything they tried to push on us. We were ready to leave, and they just kept adding gifts and incentives to the package. They offered us a free android tablet and $100 gift card if we just stayed longer. Unfortunately, we decided to try the 7500-point cash option package out only because they assured us, we could cancel later if we decided. The cancel period expired before we ever had a chance to review the paperwork. When we returned home it took several months to receive our member login & password. Once we were able to access the login portal, we soon learned that none of the "cash option" offers were available for all the travel dates we entered. Finally, when Diamond merged with Hilton, we learned our points were basically worthless and, of course, we need to upgrade with Hilton. This was a total SHAM!

Diamond Scottsdale Links Resort It has taken us 2 years to try and make Diamond Resorts understand that we are in no shape to keep up with a timeshare or timeshare loan. They have repeatedly refused to close our account when we got a "loan" with them to pay for use of their own property in the vacation plan. None of it was our money, it's all their money and we're supposed to pay them more of ours. What we paid in has all gone to them, and their profits, and they have the nerve to add upped maintenance fees totaling $4000. The salesmen never tell you that the contract signs your life away even more so than a mortgage, when you don't even get equity with a timeshare, just a nightmare of a payment obligation. And let's not even get started on the sales guys: they sold me a line of hopes and dreams that was supposed to be an investment earning money. Well with all the money we actually ended up loaning to Diamond Resorts you would think we would get something back like being able to book a vacation. Any vacation. Truth is, we can book anywhere online for less than half the cost and zero sales pressure.
