Hilton Grand Vacations is absolute nonsense. I was sold a Rental stay at their Hilton Club on W57th in Manhattan. I intended spending my 60th birthday there. When I called to make the Reservation, I was told I couldn't because 30 days hadn't occurred. That was never mentioned when the lady in FL was selling me the package. I was told the reservation was good for 12 months and only had to reserve 2 weeks prior to arrival. Erin ****** was extremely unhelpful rude and condescending. She is based in FL. I asked for the Supervisor 3 separate times and was told she was busy helping others. I spell RACISM. I guess she could tell I am BLACK because of my accent. The supervisor's name is Leti ********.
You will be hearing from my lawyer.

I booked this stay, because I was thinking about buying a time share now that I am getting ready to retire. If I could leave zero stars, you can bet I would. This is a scam, a bait and switch con. Don't waist your time or money. I was told that the people selling the stays will tell you anything to get you to purchase. I asked for a ocean front stay and was told that they don't offer that, even though I was told it would be ocean front. I asked for several dates and every one of them was unavailable. Every one. I asked for a refund and was told not refundable. If none of my dates that I am available are not available, then don't you think you could get a refund? A charge back may be the only option at this point. Hilton was a place I thought was kind of above the rest, type thing, but that is not the case. If you notice on every single review Hilton Grand responds with the same thing, which I am listing. This is the response always. "we are disappointed to hear that this has been your experience. We have shared this with our team and they will be in touch to assist you." They are disappointed? I am disappointed. Save yourself lots of grief and aggravation. Walk away. Don't fall for it! This is your typical con game, bait and switch. Honestly this is a joke. Luckily it wasn't a lot of money. But If you want to do the right thing Hilton, don't be disappointed, just give me a refund.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

This company is full of false promises. We purchased the timeshare under the impression that we would be able to travel to Ireland and after we bought into it, we learned we had to buy a Sampler Package to do that. We spent $3995 on that package in 2019 and were never able to use it. This company outright lied to us. We are still making payments on a $16000 loan and paying $1145/yr. for maintenance fees. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I would not recommend this company or any timeshare business to anyone.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

It is beyond ridiculous the hoops that Hilton Grand Vacations expects their owners to jump through to terminate their timeshare! We have been trying to work with them for 2 years regarding being released. The company just does not care about our concerns or the reasons we have expressed repeatedly. They do care that they receive payment from us, we have continuously paid Hilton Grand Vacations despite being dissatisfied and unhappy with our ownership and that has not been taken into consideration. We just want to stop feeling like hostages to Hilton Grand Vacations, what can we do to end this? One thing is for sure Hilton does not value their owners and condones untrue business tactics from its sales personnel.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

DO NOT go to a SALES presentation with Hilton. I got roped into a timeshare I did not want because of their heartless salespeople. I was without my Parkinson's medication, which was causing physical, mental, and emotional distress, yet they would not let my wife and I leave! We were there on a "free" vacation, which salespeople used to blackmail us. We were told that if we did not sign a contract, we'd be responsible for the whole amount of our stay- $250 PER NIGHT. When it came to using the timeshare, there were nothing but issues. I tried multiple times to reach Hilton for assistance and to inform them about my dissatisfaction but never had ANY of my calls returned. After being lied to about availability, not receiving assistance when I ask for it, and being held hostage, I am beyond upset. In hindsight, I should have just paid the $250 per night!Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Diamond Resorts is full of frauds. BEWARE. My former husband and I "won" a free hotel stay IF we went to a presentation for an hour. Thinking it would be a power-point and/or a video, we agreed. Instead, we were immediately hounded by salespeople hurling information at us and saying the deals offered would expire as soon as we left. We eventually bought the timeshare and soon after, we started seeing the red flags. I am active-duty military, and my ex was a federal law enforcement officer. This means we were limited on our travel dates. After being told that the booking process was easy, we were irritated when we had constant trouble. When we finally could book a vacation, it would be spent being harassed by more salespeople during the "required owner updates"- which are really more sales pitches. Between compromising on destinations, the harassment during vacations, and the hidden fees on top of already high payments, we are DONE. Don't let the Diamond employees fool you too!Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

We bought Diamond Resorts three years ago with a lot or promises and good faith at the sales pitch. Of course, that was in vain as now they have sold to Hilton and we are told "Move to Hilton for only $10,500 or stay in Diamond but you will have diminishing properties to choose from and they will be not be in best shape. It just feels a total scam and the only people getting anything are the company owners, the customer is left with nothing but more expense. it seems so wrong to do this and unfair.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

I was pressured into signing on to this agreement doing a time when I was under great amount of stress. About a week prior to signing, the person that I was going to marry fell seriously ill. I was totally not my self doing the presentation. I even told them about my situation but they didn't seem to care. A few hours after the presentation I realized that I had made a grave mistake. The deal was much to expensive for me and I would be taking a great loss. I immediately tried calling the sales rep but had no success in reaching her. The next morning on the 25th I received a phone call from Matthew *********, Quilty Assurance Coordinator (contract was signed on 7/24/2022). I explained my situation and That I wanted to void the contract base on what I was going through at the time. Mr ********* understood and asked me to send him an email, he would take care of it. At this time, I have not heard back from anyone. The transaction took place at the Myrtle Beach location.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

Thank you so much for looking into this awful situation that I was lead into doing a very stressful and vulnerable time in my life. At the time of the meeting I did tell the salesperson that I probably shouldn't be there based on what I was going through. it started all nice and sweet during the presentation then when we received the paperwork, we found out we were over charged, and we didn't get what we were promised they charged me for a down payment that was never applied to the principal. they made me get an American Express card that I didn't want.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.
