1 starDo not buy into this company! Please read the reviews before you even attend one of their “half hour presentations”. The first sales person you speak with will try to show you what a great opportunity this is, they ask how many vacations do you take? How much does it cost you? They go on and on with questions trying to sell you a vacation package with high pressure sales. When you decline their offer they send out someone else to put on more pressure and if you decline again they try to make you feel like an idiot because you just don’t know the value of buying into their scam. Let alone telling them you would like to take some information and read it over, they will not allow you to do that either, I wonder why? They are the most blatant liars I have ever encountered. I am going to Florida on a vacation at Orange Lake Resorts and will be warning other vacationers not to buy into their deceitful company.Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

1 starThis company scams people out of their money in various ways, mostly by their whole timeshare set up, but also by promising to refund your money, then giving you the run around until you get so tired and frustrated that you simply give it. Unfortunately, $199.00 is too much for me to simply be out of, it's been almost three months of them promising me a full refund, lying and saying they sent it to a bank account I closed, 02/23, so even the bank confirmed they didn't and couldn't receive such a transaction, with my account being closed. I think Holiday Inn Club Vacations is used to scamming people and getting away with it. This is simply, disgusting, I want satisfaction, and my money back, as soon as possible. On, June, 06, 2023, I was told a check would be returned to me once I explained the account the money came from was closed in February and the bank was purchased by another bank on, April 1, 2023. I was told I would get the check in 7-10 work days, almost three months later, after many emails, phone calls, misinformation, lies, etc, I still have received my money back, it may be a small amount to others, but it's too much for me to lose. Holiday Inn Vacation Clubs is in no way associated with Holiday Inn, they are simply scamming people, using Holiday Inn's reputation to lure people into their scam. People please be aware, I'm not saying all time share companies are a scam, but Holiday Inn Vacations of Orlando Florida most definitely is a scam. They advertise on social media, lure people in with promises, lies, and inaccurate information that sounds too good to be true, trust me, they are too good to be true, please take my advice and run for the hills as fast as you can. If you do happen to get caught up and attend one of their presentations, please do not sign anything at that moment, they will use some hard pressure tactics, and it might sound like something you want or need, but please take a beat, ask lots of questions, read the fine print 1stHoliday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

Our packages are deeply discounted
because we know that vacation time is precious. For those interested in
learning about our Club and benefits, it can be a great alternative to
prevailing rates. We’re sorry to hear of the trouble with your refund and
have asked the team to check on the status. Thank you for sharing your comments.Review fromJoe P

1 staram writing this review to recount the horrifying series of violations my partner and I have endured under the ownership of Holiday inn Vacations. Our experience with their sales staff has been a deceptive nightmare, filled with manipulation, misrepresentation, and a complete lack of transparency.
Back in 2008-2009, we attended a presentation with the promise of a free portable DVD player, only to be subjected to a high-pressure one-on-one sales pitch. Despite expressing our inability to afford such a financial commitment, we relented under relentless pressure and purchased the smallest timeshare option available. The promised benefits and a complimentary cruise turned out to be empty lies.
Booking stays became a nightmare, and we were forced to attend "owner update meetings" that were thinly veiled sales schemes. To make matters worse, the acquisition by Holiday Inn further complicated our already troubled experience. At one meeting, my partner, recovering from a severe head injury, was coerced into upgrading. Misleading information and relentless pressure have burdened us with substantial debt and no returns.
Potential buyers, stay away from this company unless you want to be trapped in a web of lies and a financial burden. Seek a reputable and honest alternative to save yourself the anguish.Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

1 starIt is deeply disconcerting that Holiday Inn Club Resort has a history of deceptive sales practices and yet continues to operate without consequence. This company's actions are an affront to ethical business practices, and they should be held accountable for the immense harm they inflict on innocent individuals. In 2012, we attended a presentation after being offered a $100 cash incentive and a 1-day voucher. The sales agents used high-pressure tactics and misleading information to make us sign the contract. Immediately after we found that booking vacations became impossible, and we faced additional fees and taxes. Promised benefits never materialized, and our maintenance fees increased each year. During financial hardships caused by Hurricane Harvey and a medical emergency, Holiday Inn showed no compassion. They refused to waive payments, leaving us burdened with debt. In 2019, I fell for more lies during a presentation and was convinced to upgrade. However, the promises of refinancing and a concierge service were empty. The COVID-19 pandemic further highlighted their lack of care. When we tried to cancel due to job loss, they threatened foreclosure and refused any resolution. I have paid over $30,000 and received nothing but stress and misery. To anyone reading this review, I implore you to steer clear of Holiday Inn Club Resort. Do not let their smooth-talking sales agents lure you into a web of lies and broken promises. Learn from my painful experience and save yourself from the heartache and financial burden that comes with dealing with this unscrupulous company.Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

1 starWe purchased a timeshare after sitting through an almost 8 hour presentation. Well- there’s a clause in the purchase agreement that states you can cancel within 10 days. I sent my letter by certified mail. I emailed and left voicemails. I have literally legally canceled our agreement following the instructions within the agreement within the correct timeframe. My father passed away & we figured traveling more would help the healing process. However, this company is trying to take advantage of that. Will never sign up with them againHoliday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

1 starWe received a phone call stating that we had won a free stay at Piney Shores. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we had to attend a presentation to receive our free stay, which lasted for about four hours. The sales team pressured us into buying a timeshare, despite our reservations. They made false promises about nearly every aspect of ownership and did not provide us with accurate information about the loan we were taking out. We have been paying for this contract for over a decade and have not received any of the promised benefits. We have never taken a single vacation. If there was ever any mention of having to book 6-12 months in advance, we’d never have done this. Our work schedules alone make that impossible. In the last 11 years, we have paid well over $30,000 for nothing! We feel deceived and manipulated and want to end our relationship with Holiday Inn and Orange Lake.Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

1 starDon't get fooled into getting a discount for attending a presentation for a timeshare. We showed up for our presentation it was never explained to us that mine and my partners IDS had to have the same address. They didn't let us attend the presentation because of that and made us pay full price for the hotel we stayed at. I asked for recordings of the conversation and they stated they couldn't provide that. Don't let these people fool you they are a scam. If I could put a 0 star I would.Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

1 starMy mortgage is paid off and I am trying to deed the property back and they are giving me the run around. This company is trying to tell me that I am using the services of a third party. NO I AM NOT. I don't want any part of this company.
They jacked my credit up because I told them I could not afford payments any longer - as soon as I got back on my feet - I paid everything in full. I kindly explained that I no longer want to pay maintenance on a property that I am NOT using AT ALL. They said I did not have to pay my maintenance and when I called the maintenance team - they said I had to or they would foreclose. So I am STUCK. With NO HELP.Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

We always hope that our owners will
enjoy their vacation time for a lifetime, and even pass their vacation
ownership on to their children. But we understand that families grow and
change, and that some may eventually decide to relinquish their vacation time.
We’re sorry to hear you’ve been frustrated with that process so far and have
asked the team to reach out to you. Thank you for sharing your comments.Review fromLandan B

1 starJust an easy way to scam you out of your money and offer no refund when it doesn't fit your destinations at all. And presented as a discount for using IHG hotels frequently. But totally false and a scam to just rip you off. 0 out of 5 stars should be the only optionHoliday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated

2 starsHoliday Inn Club Vacations is what you make of it. I bought a package in April of 2022 that gave me twice the points. This put me into Prime Platinum status with 150,000 points.
I have enjoyed traveling and using my points, but now am back to 75,000 points annually. I utilized the free upgrades and complimentary 3 night stays, and haven’t had any issues. I have been to the Scottsdale and Orlando resorts, and enjoyed them both. Then came Las Vegas.
I was offered a new owner orientation for a 3 night getaway if I paid $99 up front. Upon completion of a 1 hour presentation, I would receive $150 cash and 25,000 club points. I chose Las Vegas.
What a mistake! Worst employees anywhere. From the initial checkin, we waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for our unit to be ready, This resulted in my Wife, who has ms, overheating and requiring an ice bag. Of course, it was like pulling teeth to get an ice bag from the uncaring lobby employees. One nice lady from the Vacation Station did help us out eventually. Then came the “orientation” which was slated for one hour. It was nothing more than a high pressure sales presentation. Approaching 1.5 hours, I demanded my 25,000 points award. With that, the original sales person had his manager come out to continue the high pressure.
What a tool! He proceeded to insult me by condescendingly saying I didn’t understand what they were offering me. After declining 3 times, and mister tough guy telling me I didn’t understand, I told him I do understand, I can’t afford it. I then told him I wasn’t a student, and he’s not my teacher, “Give me my ****ing points!
At that, he got his panties in a knot, and said “ You don’t know me” and stood up in an aggressive manner.
I asked if he wanted me to stand up, because he doesn’t know me. Then the clown called Security on me. What a joke! Apparently they are not used to being told no, and their tactics are completely unprofessional.
In summation, the club is ok, but beware bush league Vegas office. ??Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated
