Very professional company Dereck was great in helping me with all my roofing needs. From inspecting my roof, to organizing all permits and architectural review to follow up on completion. He was always available and helpful.
Office staff is great too.
Roof looks great and cleanup was perfectly done. All plants were covered and flower pots and other breakables were moved and put back into place. Great company to work with and Dereck was easy to work with

Super quality work and amazing customer service. The roof was done to perfection and Jennifer Booth and her team did and outstanding professional job. They took extreme measures to proctect the surrounding foliage and then clean up was spotless! The neighbors commented on how clean it was even the street. Nothing was left behind. The park manager, and the city inspector had nothing but praise for this awesome crew as well as the neighbors not having to worry about driving over a nail.

When Hurricane Ian hit Mike and Alex came to my rescue. They tarped my roof saving my home from further damage. Safe and Sound did a fantastic job replacing my roof.
Cindi ***** did a tremendous job coordinating all of the interior repairs. She was always available, capable of solving any problem that arose. These were tough times for homeowners and contractors alike. Cindi made the very trying time less stressful.

Mike and Jordan were the two men that installed my gutters. They worked in the rain trying to finish the job in one day. Eventually the downpour got the best of them but they returned at 8:00 the next morning. Cindi was my contact person and she insured that I was informed of everything that was on going. 5 starsIt was a pleasure to work with Jenn at Safe and Sound Roofing on having our roof replaced. She was professional, responsive and timely in all aspects of planning the job to follow-up after it. Tyler was the onsite supervisor and we can't say enough good about him. He made sure the crew and supplies were all on hand, delivered and removed the dumpster and when the job was done you couldn't tell there had been any construction going on. Our yard was clean and immaculate of debris. He even came out to fix a leaking gutter problem because there guy is so busy. Above and beyond what we expected. I called Safe & Sound, and their responsive and timely response was greatly appreciated. Jenn Booth was the Sales Executive Manager, and she was a pleasure to work with. Whenever I had a question, she would get back to me within a day or just hours after I left a message. Jenn provided assistance with the wind damage insurance claim. Her video of the roof's shingle damage was clear and showed the damage without question. When the insurance adjuster was at my house, she was there with him. Jenn kept me up to date and the timing of the project. The install crew was great drawing comments from the neighbors as to the speed and quality of the work as well as the protection of the property and the detailed clean up and inspection of the property for nails and residue trash from the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. The total installation of the new roof was completed in one day. After the project was completed, Jenn stopped by my house to do an inspection and also walked around the house looking for any materials or nails that might have been missed. I would highly recommend Jenn Booth and Safe & Sound Roofing.Review fromAnn C
