  I contacted Safe and Sound Roofing to get a quote on my roof. My contact at the company was Jenn. To say that she was fantastic would be an understatement. She was absolutely the best professional I could have been assigned. She worked with me from beginning to end and followed up even when the job was finished to insure that I was perfectly satisfied with the work her company had done. I could not have been happier with the workmanship that the roofing crew did the day (only took them one day to complete my roof) they worked on my house. I was so impressed that I told all my neighbors about them and they all decided to go with Safe and Sound Roofing as well. In all, 25 families all got roofs in the neighborhood from this same company. We are all satisfied customers of Safe and Sound Roofing and give them a shout for the great job they did for all of us. A major reason that I went with them and encouraged my neighbors to go with them as well was the exceptional service that Jenn provided to me originally and continue d to provide to all my neighbors until the entire 25 homes were completed.

  We were very happy with Safe and Sound Roofing. They did a great job. Derek walked us through the whole process and was there for us every step of the way, including working with our insurance company and getting approval from The Villages for color since we live in a Villa. They were professional, timely, provided great customer service and our roof looks great!.

  Jenn was a super duper company representative! I rate her a 10 out of 10 in roofing expertise and support. Matter of fact, three of my neighbors used her to do their roofs. The workmanship of the installation crew was super! No run, no hits, no errors.
  I highly recommend Jenn and Safe and Sound Roofing for your roof replacement.

  Jenn ***** was the quintessential professional. She provided a through explanation of the entire process and personnaly checked to assure everything was done properly. The crew assigned to the project arrived on time and completed the job in one day, including cleaning up all the debris on the ground. They sent out another person the following morning who walked the property with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. Then Jenn came by again to assure that everthing was done to my satisfaction. I would hire them again and I'm recommending them to friends and neighbors.

  Over the last few months, my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Safe and Sound Roofing Account Manager Jenn *****.    We have had a great deal of difficulty dealing with our insurance claim and at every point along the way Jenn has gone out of her way to explain and solve the problems.  During the process of getting a new roof, we met with Jenn a minimum of seven times.  In each of these meetings, Jenn has provided us with a complete explanation of the problems and the best way to solve them.  She has always been knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  We are also extremely happy with the work done by Safe and Sound Roofing which included removing / replacing the entire roof and the installation of three Solar Tubes.  Also, several air vents were added to provide better ventilation.  I think that “Safe and Sound Roofing” is very lucky to have such an asset as Jenn ***** as an employee.  As a result of Jenn’s efforts and hard work and the excellent work done by your installers, we have nothing but positive comments regarding your company.  We will pass on to our friends and neighbors the extremely positive experience we have had with your company, your employees and especially working with Jenn.  She is an excellent representative and asset to your company.

  Cindy and Derick are excellent when you invite them to your home to help with a roof replacement. Knowledgeable and friendly, they will guide you through the process of getting things done. We had our roof replaced in Punta Gorda and had all good experiences. The roofing crew worked hard and diligently giving us a beautiful new roof. Alex, Safe and Sound's up front man, is on top of everything and very conscientious. That is important in making sure everything goes well. My neighbors got their roof done, looks good, but they had to buy 2 new tires for their cars. THANKS TO ALEX THERE WERE NO NAILS, EVERYTHING LEFT CLEAN. VERY HAPPY!   We lost our roof during Hurricane Ian . We were referred to Safe and Sound and put in touch with Cindi *****. Cindi was fantastic. She thoroughly explained the process , the materials that would be used and provided a very fair estimate. We signed the contract and were kept updated as permits were issued and when we could expect an installation date. Within a very short period we were contacted by Cindi and her teammate Alex ***** (who is also fantastic). They advised material and a crew would be arriving within weeks. Given the extent of damage in the area, this was a very timely installation date. Gustavo and his crew arrived and worked efficiently and professionally. Within 2 days, the old roof was removed and new one installed. Cindi and Alex attended both days that the crew worked to ensure our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the installation. I highly recommend Safe and Sound Roofing. They are professional ethical and reliable. Cindi and Alex treat you like family. Thank you for restoring our home!

  They did excellent work replacing all the shingles on my roof and a section of the living room ceiling that was damaged due to hurricane Ian. The work was of high quality and completed in a timely manner. My account manager Cindi ***** was very helpful and thorough for the entire process. I highly recommend them.
