    We were referred by a friend. We called for an estimate. Cindi showed up and from the moment we met she had us sold. She was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Every step of the way she was with us. Everything was on time and done very professional. Our roof is amazing and I sleep better at night because of them.

    Had them come do an estimate. The guy was great with communicating and working with me on what time he would come out. He was on time and was very nice and professional. Was patient with me and answered all the questions I had and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about roofs. Great company

    GREAT company. Did what they said they would and did a fantastic job! Walked around our house looking at the roof 3 times to make sure it looked good. Picked everything up afterwards too. Would give them a 125% out of 100.

    It was a pleasure to have James **** coordinate the installation of our new roof. He responded/answered all of our questions is a very timely manner and made the project run smoothly and STRESS free. Safe and Sound did a great job, I believe we picked the right company.

Derek made sure that he gave us all the time we needed as we went through the process. Highly recommend Derek and Safe and Sound for your roofing needs.

    Safe and Sound just installed a new roof on our home. The work was professionally done and the account manager Jenn ***** was fantastic to deal with. Edward, the project manager, was friendly and responsive to our concerns. He and his crew worked very hard into the evenings.     Kudos in abundance to Safe & Sound Roofing in Oxford, FL!
    After experiencing roof damage from wind, & obtaining various references, we contacted S & S Roofing. Jenn ***** came to assess the damage & determined that a complete new roof was needed. Jenn kept us informed of each step along the process. The gentlemen who repaired & applied the new roof were exceptional. They consciously applied plastic to surrounding area & plants to avoid any damage while working; they had a person dedicated to magnetically retrieving any nails that may have hit the ground; there was a supervisor on premises at all times & Edward the Project Manager also came by to give us additional information on what was found etc. They even took the time to paint the vents to blend with our new roof instead of leaving the typical gray. Work & cleanup were completed within 24 hours & Inspection was done on day of completion.
    All dealings with the office staff have been professional & so appreciated. We have personally recommended them to relatives & friends in the area who are amazed with their service as well. No complaints here!!

    We were extremely pleased with this entire process from Safe and Sound roofing. From the beginning we were helped by Derek ******** in filing our claim with the insurance CO to have our roof replaced. He was here when it was inspected as well as all during the process keeping us informed. We recommended this company to our entire neighborhood and the surrounding areas of the Villages, FL. Very happy with Derek's prompt and professional service throughout! Go with Safe and Sound... you won't be disappointed!

    Amazing job from start to finish. Also a follow-up visit from Cindi after the roof was complete. Cindi went above and beyond what was required from her. Exceptional customer service. Would recommend them time and time again. We couldn't be more pleased. Edward and The crew was very fast and professional clean and left zero mess. Safe & Sound Roofing is definitely the company to choose for all of your roofing needs!

    We had an excellent experience with Safe & Sound LLC and their staff and contractors. They were very responsive, on time, worked for as long as needed (despite finding extra damage), and cleaned up everything perfectly. I have already recommended them to others!! Call Cindi (can't leave number) to be a rock star for you, too!! She was able to explain everything and walk us through the process, so we were always informed. Edward and his crew were enthusiastic, friendly, and worked hard all day into the evening to finish the entire roof in one day, as promised! Now we feel safe and sound, too!
