      Ordered from MY Pheromonie on nov 19,2022, never recieved my product and been emailing them all the time to see where my order is and they never reply back, im really not happy, they took my money??

      I placed an order on 11/17. I wanted a week and did not receive my product or email updated me on my order. I tried looking up my order number and was stating that they could not find my order so I called the number provided like five time and it would just disconnect. So I emailed them and still have not heard anything.

      I order from this website on 11/08. Since then the order has said shipped with no tracking information. I have reached out several times with no response from the company. I have messaged them on every single platform.

      Placed order for product 11/17/2022, paid a total of $19.94, which included "insured shipping" cost. Order number *****. Received only the order confirmation, never a tracking number. Tried using their tracking service "Shop", but no information shows up, and no tracking number populates. Contacted them by email 2x @ ********************************** requesting a tracking number. Contacted them 1x requesting a refund for product not received. No response to any of the emails.

      I purchased this product on November 4th, 2022 and had been checking back periodically to see if I had a tracking number so that I would know when to expect my purchase. It has been over a month with no tracking number. When I put it in their system using the order number to find out what is happening, it says that my order is not found. I have emailed multiple times with no response and the ** number ************, doesn't even ring. I have requested a refund and have gotten no response. I do not wish to have to go backwards and forward, I request my refund, effective immediately.

      Made my purchase on November 23rd, 2022. Received an order number but that was it. NEVER received an email confirmation, order confirmation, NOTHING!!!!!! Emailed the company FOUR TIMES, because if you try calling them their phone number is disconnected, with NO RESPONSE to NONE of my four emails!!!!!! This is by far the WORST company Ive ever dealt with so Ive filed a complaint with my credit card company and stopped payment and now also filed a complaint with The BBBthis company is BEYOND unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I ordered from the website November 23,2022. I reached out to the company a week later because nothing had changed said order placed for about a week and a half. I emailed them and no response and I called them and the number is fake.

      My order # is ***** and was placed on 11/12. I still have not received any shipping details and the company is not responding to my emails. They are advertising on social media and many other commenters are complaining about placing orders and never receiving them.

      I placed an order during a BOGO sale on November 7, 2022. To this date I still have not received my order, despite multiple attempts to email the company with no response. I have, however, received MULTIPLE emails regarding their Black Friday sale, in which they encourage you to buy now because supplies are limited and they may run out. How about you fulfill the orders that have already been placed and paid for, before offering new deals to new customers. For a product made in the USA, I dont see how it takes a month to ship. Buyer beware!!!

      I too ordered product from this company on November 1st. Shortly after I received a confirmation email stating I would get a follow up on my tracking for delivery. Their website insured delivery within 15 business days delivery. Its been well over that timeframe with no product, tracking info and no responses to both several my emails and Instagram messages. And the phone number they have on their website does not work. After reading the previous reviews it appears this is some sort of scam. I will be filing with my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Buyers beware.
