Poor service, delayed p/u and delayed delivery, had set freight charge, sent in signed paperwork of pod and then almost a month goes by and freight center wants to charge me,not good business practices, not satisfied with any of the servicesFreightCenter

with us.
FreightCenter is a 3rd party logistics company; therefore, we do
not handle or transport freight; we simply connect the shipper to a carrier. As such, the
liability lies with the carrier because they are handling and transporting your
cargo.
We understand billing adjustments are an inconvenient part of the
shipping process and we do our very best to ensure our shippers avoid them at
all costs. Please note that all carriers verify the information provided on the cargo they
handle and if there are any discrepancies with what was reported during the
quote phase and the actual weight, class or dimensions as noted by the carrier,
a billing adjustment is issued by the carrier.
With your
shipment, the carrier weighed it and it was 55 lbs more than what was quoted
which resulted in the additional fees.
As your balance is unpaid, your
debt was transferred to a collection agency, Rauch-Miller International. At
this point, all inquiries should be directed to them.

1 starcompletely incompetent employees are working, they cannot solve a trivial issue, I called them several times to resolve the issue for a refund, because the transport company refused to pick up the pallets three times, provided that the correct dimensions and weight of the pallets were indicated and there were also attached photos. And at the same time, they also withheld $ 260 from us for the fact that the driver came from Roadrunner Transportation three times and refused to pick up the pallets, although they did not like the first time, our supplier repacked it again and they also did not like it, unjustified reasons for service failure and at the same time still withhold some additional commissions for which We don't have to pay! At the moment, $477 has still not been refunded, and they also took an additional $260 without permission and grounds! I recommend leaving and not using this gangReview fromCorey B

**** was the person I delt with using FeightCenter. He was very professional and always answered my calls and emails. He quoted me a price for the weight of my freight and it never changed! Top notch operation! My cargo arrived as promised! Thanks **** and freight center!FreightCenter

Used them to coordinate a delicate and large package to move. Great service and extremely responsive. My 1st time to use such a service and they had been the most proactive and helpful. Was getting or attempting quotes from others including *********** Old Dominion directly but Freight Center was by far the best to work with.FreightCenter

Very easy to work with. I needed to ship an odd package from upstate ******** to ******* and they went out of their way to get it done as cheaply as possible. I don't often send freight cross country. But if I do again I will be using them. 5 stars across the board from meFreightCenter

Little to no communication from booking rep. Shipment did not arrive in time for tradeshow and no answers or explanations. No updates from rep either and have had to send several follow ups to even receive a vague response. They have already lost our business and anyone else that we know too.FreightCenter

FreightCenter is a 3rd party logistics company; therefore, we do not handle or transport freight; we simply connect the shipper to a carrier. As such, the liability lies with the carrier because they are handling and transporting your cargo.
Its important to keep in mind that the carriers oversee scheduling. We do work with all of our carriers to ensure a smooth process, but there are always factors such as weather, holidays etc. that are beyond anyones control. We are sorry to see that your shipment didnt make it to the tradeshow on time.
A claim has been filed with the carrier for the failure. Unfortunately, the resolution takes time. The carrier has up to 120 business days to resolve the claim. You will be notified as soon as we receive any updates on the claim.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience in your shipping experience, and we appreciate your cooperation. Our goal is to ensure shippers have the best shipping experience and we hope to resolve this issue for you.

Please understand that FreightCenter is the booking company that failed to keep their end of the booking agreement when this booking was made. I have also been lied to repeatedly by my booking representative on recorded phone lines and via emails that are saved. Communication is lacking on her behalf too. I have had to send several follow ups by emails or by phone calls with no response. Finally after two weeks she sent a response regarding the claim-however the information provided in the statement above directly contradicts what was said in that email. So is it standard practice to ignore customer's emails and directly lie to them? We have been charged for the failed service that FreightCenter booked and now are being told it may take anywhere to 120-180 days...that is absurd. Due to the horrible service and lack of communication from this company, we are proceeding with the next steps of litigation and contacting the banks.Review fromGREYSTONE C

I got an estimate for 250.00 to ship one pallet from one warehouse to another. A week after it shipped i got an invoice for 450.00 saying it was residence fee both ways. I have shipped many times with other companies with no issues. When i tried to file a dispute the lady said she cant file one as my company is in a rural area outside the city limits which means automatic residence fee! Why not make me aware of that when i request a quote. Unhappy customer. Like to be treated fair.FreightCenter

Please note that all carriers charge for the services rendered. If the information varies based on what was provided during the quote phase, a billing adjustment is issued. Unfortunately, we can not always foresee when a carrier would deem a location as Limited Access/Rural location.
As FreightCenter has already been charged for this service and it cant be disputed, we would like to offer you a discount on future shipments to help offset some of the additional charges.

I've had a great experience with FreightCenter, thanks to my account manager ****. He always goes above and beyond, even on weekends, to make sure my shipments are handled properly and that I'm charged fairly.Once, I lost a piece of a pallet, and **** got back to me the same day after contacting the third-party courierit was at their warehouse. Knowing **** has strong relationships with both clients and couriers is reassuring.If you need reliable shipping, I highly recommend FreightCenter and working with ****.
