Want to just say with Itworks products I have Lost over 50pounds, also really enjoying the taste of the products. They make me feel so good. This company condones fraud. I called in telling them I had received a confirmation via email for an order that I had not placed. Yet, the order had a misspelling of my name and my complete email. After I asked them to look into this, they refused. They are okay with people placing orders with fraudulent information.IT Works! Global, Inc.

When I signed up for a free trial, I wasn't impressed enough with them to proceed. I had to give my card to get the free trial. Before I knew it they charged me $150 for a paid subscription. I called the bank and disputed the charge, they refunded the money. I called the company with a foreign sounding support, and told them to make sure I could cancel, they said they would. I just got notice they are trying to charge me again. Their support and login page doesn't open any page, it's just a white blank page. This is obviously a scam company, don't fall for it, once in they won't let you out. NEVER give them your credit card!IT Works! Global, Inc.

BEWARE: This organization is essentially ran my distributors who do as they please. *************************** was the distributor I was dealing with within the It Works company. What a real bad representation of company. I signed for a automatic shipping every month that could be changed any time. ******* contacted me if I wanted to change anything on the order and the following day on a Friday 9:25 am I answered what changed I needed on order. She responded on the weekend sayin g it was to late couldn't change order it had shipped. This was December 3 today is December 8 and still dont have the order. It is a shame I cant post the text message I got from her. I told her I didn't know how she handled her business but If I needed changed to my order and she didnt read her messages how can we make changes. She said the company had nothing to do with her work or how she represented the company. Also saying she handles business under working hours , I answered on a Friday 9:25 am . She explained in her text that she had a very busy personal life that has her running and that despite that she thought she did a good job. I never responded her thinking her personal life has nothing to do with me as a customer being able to change an order. The following day she must have still be upset and send a message saying in a sarcastic matter the "For life to be life their has to be all of this "I will be willing to upload or send a copy of the text messages to corporation. She never apologized or tried to fix the issue.IT Works! Global, Inc.

When I first heard of these products, I was skeptical because they definitely sounded too good to be true. I honestly thought it was bold of a company to be named "it works" but figured the products had to actually do what they said they did with that name so I decided to give it a try. The products are efficacious and exceeded my expectations. I have been able to finally lose stubborn belly fat, the stress less gummies have helped me tremendously, and I have so much more energy with the added nutrition the super greens+ and superfood smoothie give me. If you're considering trying these products, don't let negative reviews deter you; just find a reputable distributor who can explain everything well and take good care of you. Customer service has also been great with resolving any issues I've had with my orders using the customer login portal.IT Works! Global, Inc.

BEWARE:This organization is essentially ran my distributors who do as they please. I was previously a distributor, and when I went to my upline after a year of hard work a very little pay to tell her I was canceling my account due to lack of training, she asked me to wait and think it over. I agreed to wait and talk with her when she came back from vacation. But the next morning when I woke up my account had been canceled for me! I tried many times to contact support but just get put on hold for crazy amounts of time.So I decided to go to a different company. But when I tried to enroll into the new company I was told they werent comfortable working with me bc of the things the upline from IW had told them about me. This is ridiculous. You should not be able to go into someone elses account that THEY paid for and cancel for them. The uplines dont care. All they care about is their paycheck. Not helping people or doing the right thing.They even openly coach their teams to lie to be able to relate to people to get the Sale or to get the team member. 100% do not recommend. If you are thinking of joining this company, dont waist your time or money.IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starTHIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. I ordered and paid for the gummies and cleanse totalling $89.90 a box. I received the order but wanted to cancel early saying I needed to pay $50 for membership fee. Been run-around from the main distributor. The person I ordered from was very new and had to go to the person she signed up with for the claim, and i don't think THAT person knew what she was doing because she told me I could cancel at any time. when i went to call customer service they wouldnt let me cancel. nothing happened ended up getting two more boxes. Received the same answer from customer service once again calling a couple days later. tnever received any emails about ordering. When i brought this up to the distributor she said if she cancels my subscription I would would be charged a $50 cancellation fee, plus the $89.90x 3 for the items I didnt want to begin with. Nothing has been resolved, I just want a refund. I want nothing more to do with this company, especially after reading these BBB review
