      I had an incredible experience with the team at Mister Window. From the initial estimate through installation (which was quicker than expected) the team was prompt, kind, and seemed to care. I received a quote from a big box store and it was obvious that they werent interested in my business. At the end of the day, the process exceeded expectations and the windows look BEAUTIFUL! 5/5 would recommend.

      Purchased windows Dec 2024, they were installed Feb 2025. What I would mention to folks purchasing windows from Mr. Windows is to ask questions about the size of the frame around the window. I purchased horizonal windows, not being told the frame would be 3 inches around the window. These windows are not hurricane impact windows! The window that was presented by the sales rep was a double hung window with a smaller frame. Sales rep never indicated that the frame would be larger being that I was getting horizontal windows. My windows are on the small size so the 3 inch frame cuts down the amount of viewing to see outside. After months, and speaking to multiple people, trying to find a reason why the 3 inch frame it came down to the fact that if I had purchased double hung windows the frame would be as I was shown by the sales rep. I am disappointed with the looks of the windows but will have to accept the fact I didn't ask more questions. I also need to mention that the installers had to put alot of caulking around the windows due the gap around the windows. Measurements were off and windows did not fit opening correctly. Next time I have to purchase windows it will be from a Big Box store where I will see exactly what i will be purchasing and not rely on a sales rep!

      Service was excellent from the consult with Santos to the installation. Amber, the scheduler was able to get my scheduled quickly.
      Michael Gallagher, the installation manger was very helpful in explaining next steps. He even stopped by to check on the progress. The installation team was professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Mr. Window. These guys are top notch!

      Almost 8 months after signing our contract for basic windows and one door, our project is still not complete. Our original sales contact and original project manager are no longer employed there. We’ve had 3 no call/no show appointments. It has been a part time job trying to resolve the communication errors with the company. They failed inspection the first time. They ordered the wrong door. Nightmare start to (not) finished. It came highly recommended last year from a friend, but the company has huge turnover in 2025 and are VERY unorganized and inefficient. Poor experiences with Robert, Eric, and Amber. Highly suggest using another company.

      Met with ***** from Mr. *********************** (among MANY other window vendors) and was immediately impressed with his attitude and knowledge of the products and processes. Wasnt pushy, gave us a very competitive price, and was a pleasure to deal with. We picked Mr. ********************** because of ***** (as well as their reputation). Looking forward to the install of our new PGT windows in a few weeks!
