I love the quality of the products! They all match my skin tone perfectly! One time when I ordered a add in it came late and I didnt think it was coming but then I emailed them and they helped me and I got it VERY soon after! The service was amazing! I really enjoy the Glam bags and the Boxycharms!IPSY

I love Ipsy and look forward to each month's deliveries. I shop products for special gifts for my friends as well. Ipsy is a treat I give myself each month as well as being able to do some gift shopping....nice. I have been with Ipsy a long time and have gone through all the growing pains through the months but I still love you Ipsy!! Your customer service people are excellent and caring and Kudos to them. I have also learned a great deal from the articles and how to use the different products for my health and benefit. So thank you Ipsy and wish you the best in 2024!!IPSY

5 starsI have been part of IPSY's subscription service for over a year now and love it! I have only had to reach out to customer service once and they were so professional. I absolutely love IPSY!! They have such a great variety of products and I love that you get to choose products with your subscriptions!! I've never really had a bad experience with Ipsy. I have been a subscriber for many years and love all the options I am given. When I received an order one time and didn't have an item I had purchased - they quickly issued a refund via the chat method. I will continue to use Ipsy for years to come.IPSY

Ipsy is a great company the customer service is great and I can get great products for cheaper I only wish they had the tracking information on when they ship the products on their app but other than that I love Ipsy.IPSY
