I love IPSY, if you're a beauty guru just do yourself a favor and get the BoxyCharm membership. The full-sized products are so worth it. I could gush forever. IPSY makes luxury skincare affordable and gives you the ability to treat yourself once a month without bankrupting yourself. I had two issues in the past and the customer care process was super easy and they fixed my issue right away (one product in one of my boxes was missing and another was damaged) and tbh I liked the replacements they ended up sending me more than the original products! IPSY is just fun, idk what else to say. I love it.IPSY

I had Ipsy years ago. I left them for boxycharm because I felt like they didnt send me what I asked for. When I messaged them about it they basically told me tough luck. Being that now that two companies have combined as one I am hoping that the boxy charm side doesnt have the same issues. For now so far, so good. Well see.IPSY

2. Less is more. If you have a lot of preferences selected in your Beauty Quiz, then our IPSY Match system puts you into a broad category and you may get things that are not your ultimate favorites.
3. Take advantage of Build Your Box. On the first of the month, you will have another opportunity to choose 3 out of your 5 products in your BoxyCharm!
