      I had solar panels installed in just the last 2 years or so, that stopped working late summer/ early fall of 2024. Freedom Forever Solar was said to have taken over the servicing contract for Meraki. After roughly two months of panels not working, a Freedom Forever technician was dispatched to my home to change out the inverter. This was December 31, 2024. Just TWO WEEKS later, the system stopped working AGAIN!!!!! I have made several calls and left voicemails as well as emailed with ZERO response. Freedom Forever now says they are no longer servicing Meraki customers as of about January 21, 2025. I need immediate resolution! Either get them working consistently or come and take the panels back and return my investment!!!

      I am filing this complaint because I have been trying to contact Meraki Solar multiple times by phone, leaving voicemail messages, and sending emails, but I have received no response.

      My solar panels stopped producing in September of last year, and it took about five months to get the issue resolved — The inverter was changed. However, the problems continued because the inverter was not communicating with the server, which meant I couldn’t see any updates in the app or even know if the system was working. After two weeks, the inverter finally connected to the server—only to stop producing again just seven days later.

      This means that since September 2024, my solar panels have only been working for a couple of weeks! That is absolutely unacceptable, frustrating, and exhausting. To make matters worse, Meraki Solar never returns my calls/emails, making me feel like my case doesn’t even exist.

      On top of that, I have been forced to pay both my regular electricity bill to OUC and the loan for a solar system that has barely functioned. While I understand that my monthly payments are for the financing of the system, it is completely unfair that, due to Meraki’s failure to provide a reliable installation and service, I have had to bear extra financial burdens. This company must take responsibility for this situation and find a way to compensate me for the additional costs I have been forced to cover due to their negligence - I have had to spend an additional $402, so far.

      I deeply regret choosing Meraki to install my solar panel system. The customer service has been nothing but inefficient and unresponsive, costing me money, time, and unnecessary stress.

      Purchased Solar in 2023, Install complete 2024, Having issues 2025. Tried contacting the company to review why some panels are not working. I can not get any one to call me back after 50 days of trying. Always voicemail. None of the the prior phone numbers have I have work / no longer in service. I also reached out to Freedom forever solar. They contract ended in Dec 2024 and they would not help. Now I have a solar that can not be maintenance and I pay on it every month.

      I am filing a formal complaint against Metaki Solar regarding a service issue and their complete lack of communication.

      In November 2024, my solar panels stopped producing electricity due to what appears to be a wiring issue. I immediately contacted Metaki Solar, requesting a technician to inspect the wiring and resolve the problem. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have not received any response from the company.

      As a result of my solar panels not functioning for several months, I have been forced to pay for both my regular electricity bills and the solar panel system, which is not delivering the service it should. This has placed an unnecessary financial burden on me, and the company’s failure to respond or provide support is unacceptable.

      I request that Metaki Solar take immediate action to schedule a service visit to inspect and repair the system. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to explore further options to ensure the problem is resolved.

      I have been unable to get any response from Meraki regarding the roof repair due to solar panels installation. Attempts have been made through phone calls that end up on voicemails and emails without any acknowledgement.

      I purchased solar from Meraki 3 yrs ago- My electric bill has been over $ 700 the past 2 months called FLP to be told my input is not very high to call the solar company . I have called Meraki at 1-850-220-6533- the only option is to leave a message and they will respond in 3 days - my first call was on 2-7-25, 2-13-25,-2-18-25 no response so I emailed them at : *************************** on 2-13-25 and 2-18-25 no response. I spoke to Freedom Forever spoke to Robert to be told they were helping Meraki with customer concerns until January 2025. Robert was able to tell me I am showing an error code of 'string is not producing ' and for me to just keep calling until someone answers- which has not happened . I need help finding a local Meraki person to talk to. to fix my concerns , please help.I have been told Meraki locally is no longer taking any calls and there have been several complaints filed . I was also told at time of purchase that my system would be monitor by Meraki and they would call me when they see problems on their end and that definitely has not occurred . I am very upset , I have invested over $78,000 on my panels and pay $ 412.44 a month for them and them too not be working and still having to pay with noone to fix the issue is unacceptable. Please help me

      Meraki began the installation of my solar panels in April 2022 and due to various holdups. It was not completed until about May 203 at one point the system went off-line and they did not let me know for about a month that it had not been operating, but did take care of that now since April of this year of last year 2024 my electric bill has increased monthly for a while it was running about $30 a month and thenit started creeping up in April May June July of last year up into close to 200 and this past month it was 300. There’s company called solar edge that monitors the systems and I spoke with them. They said I needed to get production reports from Meraki and then see what isgoing on with it and possibly have to talk to FPNL. I have a number of 8502206533 as a contact for them I have left four voice messages because when you call, it says go to the right department, you have a menu, but you cannot talk to anyone. I’ve left voicemails. I filled out a form online to getme a quote And I filled out another line of complaint online just to have them contact me and today no one has contacted me and I need to see they are not doing what they should be doing. I understand they may have been bought and possibly that may have something to do with it,but there is virtually no way to contact anyone locally for Meraki

      I purchased solar panels in 2022 and recently my panels have not been performing. I have reached out to a number of individuals because I have a warranty. However meraki was sold and I can’t get anyone on the phone to help me or get a technician out to check them. I have done everything possible on my end to contact them for a resolution.

      We purchased solar panels in September 2023. In May 2024, we had a tree fall on our home from the tornadoes. 9 of the 17 panels were broken.

      We paid for Meraki to remove and reinstall the panels so we could have the home re-roofed. In June 2024, we received a quote for the cost of replacing the broken panels.

      Since then, we cannot get a hold of anyone at the company. I had been trying on and off since September 2024 to get updates, but have really been diligent starting in December 2024.

      We finally received some responses, and someone came out to look at the home in early January 2025. Since then ZERO. I have left countless voicemails and sent many emails to every contact I can find, with no response. We are not only paying for our full power bill, but also for the loan for the cost of the panels that have been out of commission for 10+ months.

      I purchased the solar panel and within the past 7 months the subcontractors, Freedom Forever, has had to come out 3 times but i have called to put in a ticket EVERY SINGLE MONTH. but it takes them at least 14 days to call me back to get a appointment for them to come out then another week to actually fix whatever the issue is. I have called them several times to make sure the technician lets me know when they arrive, what the problem was, what they had to fix and the outcome but they never would. They were at my house 2 Jan to fix a problem then on 9 Jan I called to put in a ticket because they stopped working yet again. I called back 21 Jan and was told they no longer service Meraki and to call them. I called my rep and let him know what they said and he told me they are missinformed and they do. I have repeatedly called both Meraki and Freedom Forever and they keep telling me the same thing ad no one is scheduling an appointment to actually come out and fix them. I am paying the solar panel bill and also a electric bill. No one seems to know what they are talking about.
