      Miscommunication, no one to talk to or leave a message and fraud.

      While I do support the idea of solar I cannot support this company at all. The process started with the pool subcontractor trying to fry my salt cell due to negligence. I put a new metal roof on the house before the panels were installed and the installers put puncture holes in it when the employees threw the panels from the ground up to the other employee on the roof and the corners of panels landing on the roof making the punctures. Meraki has tried to band-aid the situation several times but now they keep telling me that the holes in the roof are "superficial." When has a hole in a roof ever been superficial? They agreed to remove the panels and pay for the repair and now they went silent since merging with Freedom Forever.

      Cant get anyone to talk to me about why my panels are not working any more. My bill for FPL has never gone down, It's 2x as much as It would be if I had never got them. Scam Scam Scam. Wish there was some way to sue them.

      Tengo paneles en mi casa nunca han. Funcionado llame ala financiera que me cobra para ver que está pasando y solo me dicen que meraki se fue en banca rota señores cuidado con esta compañía es puro fraude te roban el número de seguro social para usarlo con otro dueño de casa sin darte cuenta


      I have never had panels in my house. It worked, I called the financial wing that charges me to see what is happening and they only tell me that Meraki went bankrupt, gentlemen, be careful with this company, it is pure fraud, they steal your social security number to use it with another homeowner without realizing it.

      Blake assured me I would be saving money monthly which I am not he also told my mother that he would pay 6 months of my payments for me he also verbally told me if o purchase a new home o would be able to transfer the panels and now I cannot which is now keeping me and my growing family from buying a new home

      If I could give less than one star I would, absolute scam of a company, this is just a warning for anyone considering using them, please don’t

      They have no form of customer service.eg.i drove from Ft.Lauderdale to Port St Lucie approximate 1hr.n 30mins holding on the phone n no one answers.

      Found out 10/2/24 that the last time our panels communicate was in 2022. I discovered that they stopped producing this month because I got a large bill from FPL. Contacted Meraki and I was transferred to FreedomForever. I was told that a service request has been submitted, but they can’t tell me how long it will take. I emailed Meraki and was given this long spill about production. They did not answer why they never contacted me when my panels stopped communicating!

      We have storm damage from the May tornados and are in the process of having the roof replaced. We have permits approved and general contractor/roofer have been ready to go since mid-July. No one returns calls or answers emails, customer service is nonexistent. We have been waiting on a quote for weeks to have panels removed so we can get the roof taken care. Until that happens, we are stuck waiting. Seems to be a predatory company that promises the world, then you can never get a hold of anyone once the equipment is installed.
