I was responded to AFTER i wrote this review. Before I wrote the review you have not responded to ONE SINGLE EMAIL NOT ONCE. And you also told me I would receive a tracking # today. Reviews submitted via the BBB undergo a review process before our company is notified of them. This usually takes about 2-3 days. We were not aware of this review at the time of the response. All order status inquiries are responded to in order they are received.

This place is an absolute scam. As soon as they took my payment I did not hear one word from anybody. lead time was supposed to be 15 days for my custom sleeves and it's about to hit a month with no response from anybody. I called every single day and no one picks up. I email every day now answers. their chat function is a joke. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDER. THEY WILL ROB YOU.Sleeve Supply

Contact with this company is absolutely terrible. I ordered custom cups in November and contacted them around 2 weeks ago to check the status. I got an email back from Alexis and was told it is finishing up and will ship out early next week. After early next week I never got any tracking email and I have not received the shipment. I have called every day starting last week on Thursday and emailed almost every day. I also used their chat function. And haven’t heard back. I ended up having to file a claim with the credit card company. I understand if it’s a small company and people are sick or if it’s just a few people and they take a day to respond but this is terrible. I would’ve bought all of my coffee shops supplies from them if it was a good experience. Wasted my time and money and won’t be buying from them ever again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone buy. Please listen to these reviews and don’t think your experience will be any different.Sleeve Supply

Hi! Thank you for the response. I do understand it is possible you sent those emails and I never received them however when you claim you shipped my order last week and I just found out today a shipping label was created I am more apt to believe you are trying to save face. I would love to reach out to your customer service but no one responds. And the reality is if you are sending emails there are 30+ reviews on this website saying the same thing. As a business owner this should cause you to change your email program if people arent getting them. I am willing to try one more time ordering but I just think it would be better to not lie to try and make yourself look better on here. Own up and apologize for the contact being missed and move on from there. Id be happy to do business with someone who will say they dropped the ball on that but to lie about responding to emails and the shipment date is a little concerning if you are trying to win back over business. Again if its on me and I didnt receive them I will gladly change my review and own up to that I made a mistake I simply ask that someone be honest with it and it shouldnt take posting a review on BBB to get a responseReview fromMiranda P

We're not quite sure what lead to the decision to post this review. Our support team has been in contact with you in regard to this order since it was placed. There seems to have been some confusion in regard to the lead time for our custom products. As indicated on our website, the lead time for the sleeves you purchased is 15 business days from order date to ship date. Your order was placed on 1/8 which means it would be expected to be ready to ship on 1/29.
We were quite shocked to have been alerted of this review on 1/20 despite the order still progressing on schedule. We received your email requesting to cancel the order and have processed that request accordingly.

I placed an order for custom coffee sleeves on December 13 2023. I never received an email with a proof to approve. I have tried calling the phone number on the website dozens of times, sent emails to their email address, filled out the contact me form multiple times and have never received any response or had a phone call answered. I will be calling my financial institution tomorrow afternoon if I have not received an answer on my order.Sleeve Supply

Your order was placed on 12/13 which means it would have been expected to have been completed and shipped on Friday, 1/5. I ordered cups on June 19th, received a confirmation, and then June 20th received an email to review my proof. It was a month later I emailed and called to get information on my order. I got a response 15 days later. I then again reached out in August but still have not received my order at a total of $724.95 for ***** cups with our club's logo on it in two colors. Our Card was charged for the total amount on June 19th, 2023. We would like a full refund.Sleeve Supply
