    I've placed two orders. One on May 2nd and one on May 24th totaling several thousand dollars. I have tried emailing and calling several times and cannot get a response from anyone. Their live chat is never open and nobody answers the phone or emails. We are WAAAAAY over the lead time. I would avoid at all costs.

    Order put in over 20 days ago no response tried multiple times to get ahold of rep for update or cancelation and as usual per everyone else's review this company doesn't care for the customers purchasing their products and honestly the worst experience I've ever had on any site

    Please allow us to address your concern as it does seem to contain some inaccuracies.  You placed an order with us on 6/12/23 (14 days before this review was written).  On the day you placed the order you contacted us via live chat asking when you could expect the shipment.  We responded immediately to remind you that the lead time for custom sleeves is 15 business days from order date to ship date.  



    Since the order was placed on 6/12/23, 15 business days would bring it to expected ship date of 7/3/23.  



    You contacted us via live chat again this morning (6/26/23) on the day this review was written requesting a refund and telling us that this was the "worst experience you have ever had ordering product for a business." 



    Although the proof for this order had already been approved and the order was not yet scheduled to be shipped, we did agree to make an exception and process the cancellation.



    We're not quite sure what lead to this confusion or for you to feel this has been a negative experience in any way. Your order was still on track to be completed and shipped based on the lead time provided. We have been extremely responsive to each of your messages and you acknowledged the lead time that had been made clear to you on the day the order was placed.

    This is an update to a previous review. Once communication issues were rectified everything went smoothly. Product was received and quality is great. Order time took 10 weeks and only issue was communication which is why I previously left a negative review. They are not a scam. Just need to improve communication.

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. after 6 weeks and the cups not shipping I reached out. 4 emails later I get a response that they have shipped. the only thing that comes in the mail is lids. no custom cups. I will be reporting with AMEX.

    Don't order from this company. I placed my order on May 9th and still haven't received my products or any shipping information. I was somehow lucky enough to get a response to one of the several emails I sent informing me that my order was scheduled to be shipped out on June 6th and that I would receive tracking that day as well, neither of which happened. Since then they've gone dark and haven't answered any of my messages. Luckily I only placed a small order as a trial run. Seems like a scam to me, avoid this one. I see that multiple reviews placed before mine all discuss similar issues with messages going unanswered. All those reviews have been replied to by Sleeve Supply stating that they have responded to emails, phone calls, etc. Given my experience, I don't buy that.

    Placed an order on April 17th and was told 4-6 week lead time. I still have not received the order and am really struggling to get in contact with anyone. I have had a few interactions with customer service, however it was very hard to get in touch with them. They never answer the phone and emails rarely get a response. I had one customer service rep tell me that my order would ship last week and I would receive shipping information. I still have not received anything and again cannot get in contact with the company. My order still shows as unfulfilled. We paid upfront and customer service was fantastic throughout the ordering process so the drop off to barely any response from their team after ordering and paying is extremely concerning. Buyer beware...

    They never call you back. We have had orders in the past but our employee left us and we cannot get account information to reorder. I have called 22 times and left over 10 voice mails. I believe this company is a scam!!

    We have responded to each of your inquiries about placing a re-order for the custom sleeves within minutes.  The only information we need to process the request is the quantity you would like to order and the shipping address they are going to.  As soon as we have that information we can generate the new order and send over an invoice for it.  Your company has placed 4 orders with us over the past 2 years and has received each of them on time. We're not quite sure what has lead you to feel you have been scammed as you do not have any open orders with us currently.

    I'm also struggling with this company to secure a response. Have tried to chat with them multiple times with no response. No one answers the phone either. Have now sent an email, but see all of these complaints here. They responded to the chat when I asked them if they could fulfill the order in time - they obviously care when they think they are going to make a sale. But now - complete silence. My order number is #***** if they would care to respond here since they appear to be responding to others.

    We were a bit surprised to receive this review given the circumstances surrounding the order but do want to be sure to address your feedback.  You placed this order for custom sleeves via our website on 5/19 and requested that they be delivered by 6/5.  Our standard lead time for custom sleeves is 15 business days from order date to ship date so in order to accommodate this request we are having to expedite production to have the sleeves ready to ship a week ahead of schedule.  We agreed to do this as a courtesy at no additional charge.



    You sent us an email to inquire about the status of the order on 5/31 at 2:47pm and received a response the same day at 5:11pm indicating that the order was still on schedule.  



    We have reached out to you via email to hopefully obtain some more information as to what may have lead to this review and do hope to hear from you soon.

    Unfortunately, it appears to be your pattern not to respond to inquiries until someone complains to the Better Business Bureau. Yes, I had indeed placed those instructions - that is true. What had happened though is that there was a change in the circumstances and I really needed to speak to someone at your facility to try and shift the arrangements. I called, left messages, emailed - all to no avail. It was only upon me filing a complaint that suddenly you responded. Yes - you did respond to that one email, but not the others, and not the phone calls. Ultimately yes - you did deliver, and the product was as expected. I recommend that if people use this company that they do so with plenty of lead time and no need to actually speak to anyone. If you are looking for an emergency solution to a last minute problem when you might need some help - I would look elsewhere.

    I wish I found all these reviews sooner I would not have even ordered! Approved my proof on April 17th and yet to receive any kind of update as of May 31st! I was suppose to open this weekend! Once I saw all these reviews I began to panic and tried reaching out. I have yet to hear back!
