      Only one word I can use to describe the interaction with ***** and the team at the Tacoma Neptune Society. Compassionate and Professional. They went out of there way to answer our questions, and made sure that we knew they were there for us. These folks are fantastic.

      Neptune provided complete service every step of the way. I received personal, detailed information for the whole process of cremation, the steps which would occur and the most likely timeline. I especially appreciated the documentation outlining the contacts which would most likely require a death certificate and the type death certificate. Cassandra went out of her way to make things more convenient for me and all inquiries were answered very quickly.

      An offensive message on a deceased person's obituary with a racist name and telling the person to die was not handled despite previous contact trying to get the message removed. This leads me to believe the company is just for profit and does not care for the sanctity of the people in their care.

      Katie, Ife, and Luke made getting through this hard time much easier. Ife went above and beyond answering questions. If she didn't have the answer for me when I asked, she got the answer to me as soon as she could My husband had prepaid for his cremation, which was a great blessing. And from them picking up my husband in the wee hours of the morning, until I picked his ashes up from them, this group was right there for me. Thanks and kudos to them all

      The people at the ******* Neptune Society were truly wonderful. They took care of every aspect of respectfully taking charge after my husbands passing. The office kept in touch as needed, answered all my questions, and followed my and my husbands wishes exactly. I am so glad we signed up for this service a few years ago. I highly recommend it to everyone.
