  Mikayla went above and beyond to help with my uncle's final wishes for cremation. He had purchased a contract with the Nautilus Society and she did everything needed to work with them so that our needs were met. She communicated promptly and respectfully regarding each step of the process, and made the extra effort needed to help due to our location in another state. It was a great relief to know that my uncle's wishes were honored with dignity and that Neptune Society was there each step of the way.

  My parents purchased Neptune policies in ****. My stepfather died in 2010 and that was my first experience with the Neptunes excellent service. Again in 2012, my mother-in-law was treated very well.Seeing how Neptune could ease a familys burden, my husband and l signed up during the pandemic.Finally, my mother died on Memorial Day. I was so grateful for Neptunes quick, efficient yet sensitive service.************************* and ***** the receptionist were very comforting and professional.Im very glad my kids will have one less major heartache when faced with their parents passing. They just call Neptune!********************************

  My husband and I bought our Neptune Society packages 7 years ago or so. ****** passed away in May and they took care of everything. I recommend this process to anyone especially to parents. Don't make your children or loved ones make the decisions that need to be made by you when your time comes to leave this world. Have this in place so that they will do EXACTLY what YOU want for your final rest. Thank you to the staff at Neptune Society, ********************, ** for their kindness especially Lezly.

  We have had friends and family members who have used Neptune Society,. Everyone was happy they had Neptune, it made life easier during a very sad and difficult time. Neptune has been a blessing and the staff have been wonderful.

  We had a very nice interaction with Neptune, considering the circumstances. ****** was very kind and thoughtful; she kept in touch with us through the whole process. She took care of everything. We were very happy with the service provided.

  my father passed away on may 17 and as far as we knew he had still not been cremated yet. ****** the woman handling his death completely dropped the ball, couldn't get the occupation on his death certificate correct, couldn't get my stop mothers name correct even though she has copy of her drivers license, today I call, and the tell me hes been cremated? and the woman on the phone did not want to get me to human resources so I could get to the bottom of all this. this place is the worst, and should not be in the business if DEATH.

  Re ********** Neptune ... Awesome. The staff that I dealt with was *******, *******, and the gentlemen who picked up my dad from his assisted living facility (so sorry I forgot his name). All were professional, caring, and respectful. My dad made things so easy ... he did the prepaid plan .... all I had to do was call Neptune ... they sent someone to pick up dad ... they covered him with a blanket then covered that with a flag (vet) as they wheeled him out of the building ... seamless, professional, and again respectful. Any questions I had were quickly answered by ******* or *******. When I went to pick up dads ashes, I was helped immediately .. facility was clean, dads ashes had been placed in the box we will inter in a veterans wall and placed in the pretty memorial box he had purchased. Anyway, I have other family members, including myself, that will be purchasing the prepaid plan due to our experience with the ********* Neptune staff.

  ****** worked with me to meet several times with my hectic schedule to get everything taken care of for me. She answered all of my questions, including a couple of special circumstances ones, which needed additional research to get me taken care of. She never waivered through all that, and was particularly warm, caring and professional. I would highly recommend her based on the quality of customer **********************. It makes me feel confident that my family will be extended the same great assistance and customer ********************** when I pass.
