  Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed in your services.1. I called you to ask that you NOT burn the bible with my nephew. It was burned with him.2. You gave my sister her son in some box, with his ashes in a white plastic bag. You said you would furnish ** with an urn. My sister had to call to get that, but they gave us a different box. The manager never followed up with anything he promised.Very disappointed. Will certainly never use this place again. Such a lack of communication and no follow-up.

  I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by this company, I have been awaiting the money that I paid into a prepaid funeral/cremation plan. I should have received this money in May after submitting my claim and returning their merchandise. I have contacted them and their response has been very cavalier. I am a senior citizen and I need my money returned as per their agreement. I have contacted the State Attorney's office because this appears to be *****.

  Our business with *********************** at the Neptune Society in ********, Oregan was both long-distance, and in person. Every contact was made whether we were in our home in ********, or in ******** was conducted in a professional and caring manner. ***** made a difficult period of time easier to deal with, and my wife and I appreciate that greatly.

  Wow. First class service all the way. The staff, especially Ren M****** the manager was so helpful. For such a trying time (loss of father) everything was handled perfectly. Very, very pleased with the service.

  Opie did a phenomenal job fulfilling our contract with Neptune Society. We had prearranged cremation services. Opie was personable, professional, a great listener, and was adept at anticipating our needs for support. For example, I spontaneously showed him a picture of my mom. He took one look at that picture, beat us to Woodlawn, and chose a lipstick color for her that she would have chosen herself. She would have been so pleased (because she would have haunted me if I had sent her off without her lipstick)! Thank you, Opie - for your kindness, your sensitivity, and especially, your humor.

  The Neptune Society honored my friend's cremation arrangements in 2023 after he had prepaid in 2008. They were professional and kind in their services. There was no attempt to sell me additional services.

  *******************, is an amazing, compassionate, person. ****** gave comfort and understanding to my family during our most difficult and vulnerable time. I completely recommend that you use the Neptune Society above all others.

  Superb service! I can't thank ***** and his team enough for guiding me every step of the way when processing the death of my Father. My Dad had prearranged this cremation years ago and thank God he did otherwise, I would have been totally lost. Again, *********, ***** and ***** were all so very understanding, kind and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything question answered and maybe more than once. This is an amazing team and I would trust them with my life. Thank you all.

  Neptune was the BEST! My parents had arranged the whole cremation years ago.....and they made it so easy when the time came that we needed them.  Robin was so gracious and everything was handled so quickly and professionally. Couldn't have asked for such a difficult time to be made easier. What an amazing group of people. Thank you so much.

  F- for their failed attempt of dignity to client that prepaid for this service and their families. I have never been so disappointed in a company in my entire life. That would be ************************************************* know she found her mom had passed and she was waiting for this company Neptune to come remove her mom. She and her husband had to wait well over an hour and a half, for Neptune to arrive and remove the body. When the transport arrived it was an old black SUV that was in very poor shape, broken tail light dents and very young man tall and thin came by himself to remove a large women from her home. My friends husband had to help lift her on the ******. SO ASHAMED AT THIS COMPANY. Where has the dignity gone to the deceased and the family left behind. Please call your local funeral directors. I am sure they have similar plans. DON"T LET YOUR FAMILY BE TREATED THIS WAY. Skyy
