  We signed up with Neptune just a few weeks before my husband passed away. ***** (**********) was wonderful. She was caring, helpful, responsive, and professional. I felt in safe hands and everything she said she would do, she did. She is a very special young lady and helped me navigate this extremely difficult time with ***** and compassion.

  ******************* of The Neptune Society of Northern California - Chico, gives an excellent brief on the pre-paid packages supported with historical data, cost-valuation by locking in prices, and other value inside the programs such as child and grandchild benefits, and low-price guarantees. **************** offered a relaxed environment free of pressure and transparency of a looming price increase coming in the next few days. The increase is historically made this time of year so it was not a marketing ploy to buy now, in fact, a coupon to off-set this next increase was offered. **************** explained how the consumer's investment is secured and used through the duration of the contract. It should also be noted, without disparaging competition, **************** opened the floor to questions, did not rush through the answers, and encouraged tough questions so that there were no "hidden costs" as we contemplated whether The Neptune Society was our best choice over competitors. Being familiar with the mortuary and funerary industry, having worked collaboratively with several, The Neptune Society is top of the line and is my family's choice for my final disposition.I have no reservation my remains, and my ***************** will be treated with dignity and reverence when the time comes.

  Im absolutely disgusted on the price that I paid for my moms cremation $2600. The worst service ever it took months for them to cremate my mother. Her death certificate had no information on it as though she had no family members. Ive been waiting for an amended certificate for weeks. The girl refused to put my moms ashes in a separate urn and put the ashes in the necklaces that I purchased. Do not go with Neptune Society. The place that Im burying my mother wouldve done it for $900.

  This office was horrible they first off ordered many copies of a Pending death certificate that was unable to be used for anything in my state where all of my dad's business' and accounts were located....They then didn't put the correct suite number so the official certificates were sent out they were then returned as undeliverable due to the suite number not being listed. The funeral manager over my dad's case was very rude to me and yelled at me. I then had to go to my local city office and have someone there help me and negotiate the ******* office in paying for the Official certificates. This has caused a great deal of length in taking care of my dad's affairs and to my family who we are all grieving. I highly discourge anyone to use this services and this particular branch ever. Considering my dad paid over $3,000 for these services and they were so rude to us as a family and literally yelled at me, I would never tell anyone I know to go here for this type of thing. I personally will just be using a local funeral home and have it set up with a $900 cash in hand payment. These people are making alot of money off of elderly and sick people.

  I thought I was buying a simple cremation plan. It was supposed to cost maybe $900. By the time the sales person was done and added services , the bill was over $3500. I've been paying 50 monthly since 2018. And I'm not finished yet. They really don't talk about the interest rates and it is high. I didn't want this giant wood box they include and I'm sure that added over $1000 .I thought I was working directly with Neptune but they send everything to a bank and trust.This is a racket and I really wish I hadn't signed up for this .

  These folks are high-pressure, massive marketing, with terrible customer **********************. My rep in ****** emailed me in error (clearly intended to be an internal email) calling me a crack-pot for asking that the Company not market to my children (they are so nigh pressure, and literally marketed me right out of doing business with them one year ago), and for not wanting to carry a cremains box around with me until I'm ************ to pay for it in my plan, but don't want to move it around for the next 20 years. So I wanted to return the box and have my account noted as such. And then Eamonn called me a crack-pot. I canceled this service immediately. What terrible customer **********************, and rudeness from this individual. Totally unacceptable. I should have listened to my gut and continued to avoid these people. I'm a very unhappy former customer.

  I purchased my Neptune cremation package for my husband and I in late 2022 and realized I overpaid for this cremation service. I am able to get cremation service for half the price elsewhere. Before I purchased the package they were incredibly pushy and aggressive in their sales tactics. I caved. Earlier this year, I contacted Neptune Society twice via their online customer service center and I have yet to be contacted. I want to cancel my contract for a full refund and return the unopened cremation boxes.

  I moved to San Antonio a year ago. My 91 year old mother came with me as she's needed care for quite some time. Neptune Society came and explained what they have to offer, how they work and what to expect. Got mom a policy and I even got one for myself. Mom just passed last month. I was very impressed with the care, compassion and professionalism of the team at Neptune Society. Mom was very well cared for. I'm grateful for the dedicated attention they provided. Losing a family member is tough, but they made it understandable, and easier to get through. I have nothing but praise for Neptune Society. Fair, honest, respectful; they did Mom right.
