  My parents arranged their cremation with Nashville, TN Neptune Society in 2015. This was such a gift to my family. My father just passed away a couple of weeks ago, and the day after his passing we received a call from Stephanie from Neptune Society. Every interaction we have had with her has been seamless, loving, and informative. She has lightened our burden during this difficult time. If you are considering cremation I recommend, without reservation, the Neptune Society.

  Jeremy was the person I dealt with during the proccess of wanting a cremation instead of burial, here in New Orleans. He was professional, knew the business to satisfy every question I had and was very patient with me. He is sensitive to my needs. It's a difficult subject and he did it with ease. I highly recommend Jeremy and Neptune Society.

  My entire family was impressed by the respect and handling of my Father's passing. I cannot say enough good things about the way were treated and the help we got from Robin at the Arvada, Co office. These people do exactly what they say they can do and very professionally. I would highly recommend Neptune and, in fact, I have.

  It's March 14th and the arrangements were paid Jan. 2nd. They have called twice and treated me as a sales lead. No updates. It's March 14th and no urn.no death certificates. We reached out to the Neptune Society on December 19th. The name was synonymous with cremation. When you have a death in the family, you only have that day to make arrangements for the body. I didn't look around, but I should have.They were very supportive and kind, and upselled perpetually. When we finally got through the arrangements and paid, the bill was 3.5k for the most basic arrangement and it was Jan. 2nd. Everything was itemized beautifully, no questions, but just know it's at least 3.5k.. What's awful is the lack of organization after the sale and it's only a month for a certificate and we're on 3!

  MY wife and I just are getting started planning our services with this company the representative they sent out too us was JODY. THANK YOU for sending him out we did purchase a package but his sincere feelings and personality is what sold us we could of talked all night it was like having a friend visit. No pressure approach was appreciated and would recommend him to anyone Thank you again Mike and Noreen

  We were treated with respect every step of the way. Everything was explained and questions were ansswered with patience and understanding. They led ** in next steps and went out of their way to make sure our wishes were carried out to the smallest detail. Would definately recommend them.

  My family was treated with respect and kindness through out the entire process of taking care of our late father. The online information available is outstanding and helped us decide which funeral home fit our needs. My deepest thanks to everyone there.

  After a long battle with Alzheimers, my mom passed . Although we anticipated her passing, we hesitated to plan ahead. George was so kind in helping us make her arrangements at the last minute.He helped us choose the best package without that up sell feel. His help and guidance made a difficult time easier to handle. He kept us informed to all the details needed. My Mom’s remains were delivered to my home 1500 miles away with tender care. I would highly recommend this organization.

  I was very unlucky the day I called Neptune cremation society in *********. ************************* was the salesperson that I worked with. She came across to me like a used cars salesperson. She kept saying to hurry up and sign a contract before the price goes up. That should have been a big red flag for me however fearing vulnerable at the time I decided to trust her. That was a big mistake she promised us all different types of services and never lived up to them. I learned that she was fired from the company and rightfully so. Shame on you ******** for taking advantage of people who are more vulnerable to scans like the one you promised us. You are definitely in the wrong business for working out of place where people should be treated with understanding sympathy and most important the truth and trustworthiness. I was told by her Superior that I will be contacted by the person that hired her to give me some sort of explanation on why all this happened and why they trusted her to be in the business where she was working. I never did hear from anyone from the companies big shots but then again that came as no surprise to me. Thank goodness for supervisor that worked in the office with her she was the complete opposite of ********.

  Nobody ever chooses to lose a loved one and the process of making a ton of choices while also grieving and dealing with communicating to family, friends and service providers is a huge undertaking. My dad previously setup his arrangements with ***************** and Neptune was the closest location who provides service under this group. ************************* was assigned to help us through the process and she was so lovely. She never once tried to upsell me any services even though my dad chose the most basic of packages. Rather, she provided several complimentary things that she didnt have to do, including a flag as he was retired military but I didnt have all my ducks in a row to find his discharge paperwork. She really was so very helpful, professional and on point. I am so impressed by the service, I would like all my family members to use this service because the grief is hard enough that when these decisions are already made by the person who passes, it takes a huge burden off.
