  They packaged two contracts in one. My thought was that there was one contract but they put two separate contracts in one multipage document. What the price looked like and what I was charged was TOTALLY different. I have never received a billing statement from them nor have I received any up to date financial information. When I called today to say I had paid off the amount, which took four calls. They said I know what happened, there are two contracts not one!!!! I owed twice as much. This was clearly deliberate, I am a business woman that signs many contracts. to bury a contract within a contract and then provide no overall statement cover that explains that is deceitful business practices especially to the population they "serve".

  My husband just passed away and Neptune Society has made this unbearable situation as smooth as possible. Lukas made the process easy and has been very comforting along the way. The web call made it even more personable being able to talk in person since I live so far from Spokane. I would and have highly recommended Neptune to Society to a number of people. One thing I was surprised was the fact that my husband's cremation was in Prosser, WA, however, the Prosser Funeral Home has been wonderful to work with. Thank you Lukas at Neptune Society and thank you John at the Prosser Funeral Home for your sincere compassion. I sincerely appreciate it.

  Customer ********************** has been dismal. Cannot reach anyone by telephone....over a week delay in communication. I am nauseous with the uncertainty of their non communication.

  During this extremely difficult time of losing both my parents within 7 weeks of each other, Neptune Society took care of everything for us. They are absolutely the most professional and compassionate group of professionals I have come in contact with. If you have any doubts as to what final arrangements you would wish for yourself or loved ones, this is the company to contact. I will be forever grateful to Neptune's staff during my time of need. A special thank you to Tracy S. for always being there, including New Year's Day when my father passed. ***** *******

  Staff here has no respect for the deceased or their grieving families. My father-in -law passed Dec.27,2022 We were promised his ashes within 5 days. When the 5 days passed we were promised several different dates and were told many different locations where his body was.it is now Jan. 20th 2024 another date we were promised, now told between Jan.29th and Feb.2nd 2023. They make no efforts to contact family we have had to call several times during this time to get information.We get passed around then they try to say they never told us a specific date. At one point they weren’t even sure where his body was. Excuses have included it was because of the snow storm, machine broke, influx of bodies due to time of year. Leah said he was at Denver Care Center Crematory then Colo. Springs Cremation then my sister-in-law was told National Cremation Society. How do we know at this point if they even know where his body is at or if we will get the correct ashes back.

  I used Neptune Society at the recommendation of the hospice social worker caring for my father in June, 2022. My mother had been caring for my father for 2.5 years at home and was exhausted and afraid and grieving. They were wonderful, compassionate, kind and efficient. I used them again when my mother passed 12/29/22. She passed at 3:15AM. The nurse came 1 hour later from a far distance to declare her dead and phone the coroner. They came at 7AM to pick her body up. It apparently had been a busy nite, but, again they were efficient and kind. Being the holidays, I expected things to be delayed, but she was cremated within the week, the death certificates took a little longer, about 2 weeks. Communication was excellent and I was very pleased with the ease of everything.

  John V. was wonderful to work with. He gave me his personal cell phone when we kept missing each others call. He did most of our work after hours since we both led busy schedules. I appreciate all his help. I was doing it for my 81 year old friend. The Funeral is January 20, 2023. He set me up with Tahoma National Cemetery where we originally was going to bury Joe in a columbarium there but his family decided to take him back to his wife's family plot in Cedar City, UT. We appreciate all of his help with all of the required paperwork, death certificates, The Beautiful Urn, and Joe's Veterans Flag. John was so helpful and amazing through the whole process. I would recommend John V.

  The kindness and professionalism shown to me by the Neptune Society in *******, ** was so appreciated. My spouse passed away at home and the drivers who picked him up did so during terrible winter weather and icy roads, they still remained compassionate and showed great care while transporting my spouse from the house to their vehicle. Every detail for cremation was carried out which made this very difficult time so much less traumatic, and I received his ashes within 15 days. This experience could not have been a better one. I want to than *************************** to all his help and thoroughness.

  Neptune Society was great and very helpful when my spouse passed away in November 2022. My grown children were very impressed with the service that help them get through this time. My son also said this was the easiest he has ever seen things go this easy.
