      I wouldn't even give this place one star if I didn't have too. This place is such a crock. I had some clients that have the Neptune policy. They are both living and haven't had to use it yet. I pray they do not have to go thru what we did. My sister and I met with the Neptune Representatives for our mother. She passed away at home 01/05/2017. We are traumatized by the way this was all handled. It took them several hours to come and get her. It took them several weeks too have her cremated, no deceased bodies go to Neptune, they do not perform cremations. It is done by a 3rd party vendor. ********** Cremations. We had no idea where our mother was. No one answered the phone or was even at the location in Brentwood. It took even longer to get her ashes. We have been traumatized by this unprofessional and unethical ordeal. These people treated us very sketchy. Sure you get a couple nice boxes, one for the ashes and one with some Thank you cards. My advice is to go to the crematorium of your choice. It is completed for alot less than what you pay Neptune for. You can order your urn off Amazon or anywhere you desire. If the death happened in *********, you can go to any ***************** in the ****************** and purchase the certified copies for $15.00. You can also go to the ******************** on **************************************************** in ********* ** for the Death Certificate. Neptune really fooled us, don't let it fool you too. We are forever traumatized by this whole ordeal. It makes me want to throw up every time I think about it. My heart is forever broken.

      My mother passed away and a gentleman named Peter called me from Neptune in Fort Myers to get info after her passing at hospice. He was so nice

      and kind. He asked for info and told me what to expect. His voice was soothing. So I am am giving 5 stars to a person who really has compassion and great customer service.

      I have nothing but positive comments to make for the St. George/Salt Lake City Neptune organization. Somehow the staff helps make a very difficult situation so much easier. Their team came to my home to pick up my husband and they were so professional, and compassionate. They couldn't have done anything better.

      To ******** and ******** the incredible team at Neptune Society in ******* Oaks, California.In January, 2022 as Covid/Omicron precipitated a great number of people to overpopulated hospital emergencies, little did you EVER expect, dear ******** and ******** that within less than 1 hour of my signing online the Advanced Neptune Contract for Cremation, your phone would ring announcing the passing of my husband, Dr. ****** prompt, compassionate, unwavering response and efficiency in time of utmost despair, lifted us from emotional chaos, fear and ignorance of the how-to, and what to do. With calm, gentleness and respect for our abysmal pain and suffering, you guided us through the complexity of cremation and the many legal aspects pertaining to the state of California. What a path painfully but well traveled with your expertise and acts of love and respect all along.I apologize for thanking you officially on behalf of my family after such a long time. Each time I took the pen, so many emotions overpowered me that I could not write, and let you know how truly humanly and compassionately professional you have been in time of utter distress, deeply felt pain in our unfathomable loss of Dr. ** who for decades, as a kidney specialist, has help so many patients himself.
