  ******** made what was a sad and stressful situation bearable. So many thoughts and emotions arise that it was a nice feeling to deal with someone who was patient, kind, and compassionate about the situation. She was a tremendous help in composing the obituary. I was very satisfied with the additional staff. This is a business that was concerned with the needs of individuals not making it about the money. They were not pushy and offered suggestions as needed.

  Very professional and caring from first contact. First call I made ********* answered all my questions- no pressure even gave me her number and said she would be available until 8 pm and was.When my husband passed I called spoke with ****** and he told me exactly how it would be handled and within two hours and it was.When things happened ****** call me. When things were finished he set up time to pickup. He met us explained everything and made very simple.I will get my contract - as is part of my family to make easy for our children.

  ********************************** is so kind and understanding as she was working with me on my husband's demise. Highly recommend her for all contacts. Thank you to all the staff at Neptune to help me and others as we navigate the new chapters in life.

  Neptune Assistant Service Manager ******* "Will" **** was very compassionate and helpful during our initial conversations after my father's passing. Neptune efficiently took care of the *** notification and ordered the death certificates as expected. As time went on our family's perception was the Neptune involvement became minimal and perfunctory, we felt passed off to a local funeral home provider for the internment details and arrangements. We made numerous follow up inquiries about the details to no avail, always being assured it's on the calendar, no problem we do this all the time. The remains were not delivered to the National Cemetary after being assured by the local Neptune partner funeral home it was all taken care multiple times. The National Cemetary Staff stepped up and made the phone calls to rectify the situation after we were onsite. We were humbled, grateful and awed by **************** Honor Guard as they performed the funeral honors. Only one problem, no remains....................... With a few minutes remaining in the service the remains arrived. Not a good look for Neptune, a Nationawide provider.

  The ***************** was amazing. I had a lot of questions and ***** was wonderful and was quick to return my calls and emails. My father had purchased a prearranged cremation which made things so much easier. Thank you to everyone there for their kindness and patience.

  I would like to commend the entire staff of the Neptune Society - ********* for their excellent support and assistance to my family get through this hard time of losing our loved one. I have had numerous conversations with ****** who helped me navigate through the confusing and frustrating paperwork. I would highly recommend this branch of the Neptune Society (*********) to assist you with the planning of your cremation needs.However, the corporate management of this the Neptune Society organization has a lot of improvement needs, The biggest one being more transparent and not sell individuals product they do not need in a packaged plan and not being able to remove these products. There are numerous "hidden" fees that are not listed in the plan package. When someone tells you the entire package is going to cost you ** amount of dollars only to find out after the fact when you have to implement the plan of all these untold hidden fees is VERY frustrating to the loved ones.

  I delt with the Austin Neptune Society. They were wonderful. Very caring. Joe was the one I had attending to me. I appreciate how patient he was with me. I see people think it's expensive. I have taken care of 2 other deaths in my life. and this was back in the late 70's and early 80's. The first one was around $7,500 and early 80's was well over $8,700. Compare that to the Neptune cost! I am so grateful we bought our Neptune policies when we did. God bless Joe and his coworkers. They are truly angels on earth.

  No one wants to think about cremation and death but Johnna ***** and the team at Neptune Society were kind, compassionate and thorough in helping me after my dad's passing. I truly feel that they made the choices easier for a grieving only child to handle. Johnna contacted me the appropriate amount ad was thoughtful and respectful in handling the urn selection, military flag and obituary as well as paperwork. I would recommend their services highly.

  Everything went well with my father's prearranged cremation, he had prepaid for it and had set it up years ago. The staff was very helpful and professional.
