      I encourage many families to look into Neptune society. My husband and I were happy to buy our plans with them many years ago. We made monthly payments. It was so easy and affordable. Just lately I got to experience the most wonderful and pleasant team ever. They were so understanding kind and most thoughtful to our decease member and our family. They respected our wishes to the ** No hassles what so ever. They are so soft spoken you would think your in heaven. Thank you so much Neptune Team. If I have a chance to ever recommend your business I will. My family and I were please and happy thank you so much for caring.*********************************

      Neptune Society came promptly to carry the body of my husband for cremation. The work was done with respect and dignity.*****, the Funeral Arranger, contacted us to explain clearly what needed to be done next.This was very helpful and she told us to reach out to her if we had more questions. We felt supported in this time of sadness.The schedule was followed carefully and we are very appreciative for the service provided by Neptune Society. Thank you for doing excellent work.

      ****************** with Neptune Society, *****, ** was our funeral arranger. Such a wonderful, caring guy. Kept us informed on every step of the way on my husband's cremation. Viewing was wonderful with quilted pillow and quilt with plantation shutters in the background. We were able to take pictures and spend all the time with our loved one. **** went and got scissors, ****** for me to put locks of hair for remembrance. I would recommend **** and Neptune Society to anyone who wants peace of mind when they need cremation services. When Neptune Society took my husband, a veteran, from our home, they fitted the cart with a flag which was so touching and unexpected. What more can I say, Neptune Society is fantastic!

      ****** did not inform me of all available resulting in me making return visit the same day. Phone calls not returned when stated. Took Over a month to get death certificate copies. Empathy was lacking. I know she is pregnant but believe more training may be needed!

      They were very helpful and straight foreword with all my questions. They went way over board in handling my mothers death. I would recommend them to anyone needing help in this situation.

      We pre-planned for our son who had many disabilities and ailments. From the very beginning the staff was empathic towards our needs. ****** spent so much time with us and understood what we needed. She didn't push anything on us. After my son passed, Neptune was there. A quick phone call and they took care of everything. ************ was wonderful. There was an issue with the site and she spent her day off fixing it and uploading our pictures. Who does that?! She knew how important it was to us and she wasted no time to make it right. We were so appreciative of her. I was constantly texting and emailing her and she was quick to respond. Upon receiving my son's remains, they had a grieving room providing us the privacy we needed. Not once did they try to sell us anything. **** offered the hugs we needed at that time. The respect that was given was beyond professional. Thank you Neptune for hiring such an exemplary staff and service during such a difficult time.

      Lukas at the Neptune Society went above and beyond to support us when we were suffering from a terrible situation. He showed such kindness and compassion while taking care of the important details. We can't say enough about Lukas and how wonderfully he handled our situation.
