      My mother spent the majority of her life in ****** California, and made her cremation arrangements there, with the choice to have her remains spread in ******************* in ******. She died in ******** *******, with her body transported to the ***** ******* Neptune facility where she was cremated. Her cremains currently are in transit back to ****** to complete her lifes journey.I have been so impressed with Neptune for making this a seamless process for me, as I am far across the country, living here in ****.Thank you, thank you, thank you!

      The ********* Neptune Society has made the experience of loosing a loved one so comforting and a calming experience. They have been awesome every step of the way! Answering questions and concerns in an informative and peaceful manner! Absolutely excellent!!

      My mom passed away Thursday 02/22/2024 she had it prepaid 14 years ago its been 2 days dont know where she is.? Get someone to call u or call u back is ridiculous excuse was oh our phones are down really ? I am still waiting for a call back , would think if your love one passes away would get a phone call immediately, no be 2 hours how about its been 2 days still nothing , ridiculous , do not use them Neptune Society **

      The Neptune Society was prompt courteous and available for all of our needs in this trying time. They took care of everything and followed up with updates to keep us reassured that everything was taken care of. If you are thinking of using a Cremation service for yourself or your loved ones I would highly recommend using the Neptune Society.

      This service is fantastic From the time of the first phone call you are handled with great care and sympathy.The communication is excellent, with phone calls and e-mails. They are there for you.At the time of pick up of remains, You feel like you matter. Everything is a high standard.*********************** was awesome to deal with. I highly recommend this service. You won't be disappointed!

      I didnt know about Neptune society. My parents had their policies long before they died. I received an email from a lady named ***** . Shes a funeral director for Neptune Society in ****** . Have to say I thought she was my *********************** at first. *************************** is very much a professional. She had a warm voice, shows empathy, kindness. Id ask a question and then ask it again. She answered nicely every time. I would highly recommend Neptune Society for your families needs.

      My brother had dementia and signed up for Neptune. He had put $1500 of the $3000 into his cremation plan. From what I understand if the account is not paid in full before death, you get zero dollars. They do not refund the money. I ended up having my brother cremated locally for about $1000. I think this is a scam business, taking advantage of people.************

      I am extremely disappointed in the services of Neptune Society (TNS). My mom passed away unexpectedly & quite traumatically on 1/1/24. TNS did not make it easier for us, in fact, they have made it more difficult & compounded the trauma we are experiencing. From the beginning, it has been a nightmare. It took 3 calls for TNS answer & stated that it would be 3 hours before the transfer. After 3 hours, called back & requested a transfer her immediately. They then arrived in 15 minutes. We were not with any information or paperwork. We called on ********** to get info. Answered our calls, took our information & promised a call back, but those calls never came. I made 2 requests online & was not called back. On Wed, we reached someone who promised an e-mail with the paperwork by Thurs EOD. We called again on Thurs afternoon to ask about the paperwork, gave our info. No call back. Called again on Fri 2x, gave info, no call back. 5 ********* did not know where she was or how to pay. Sat morning, I called again & was promised a call back. My husband called & was hung up on. Used the chat feature on the website & was told he kept "changing his story." Called again & they contacted the person on call. Supposed to get a call in 15 mins. No call back. TNS called back on Saturday, questioned me if I was sure paperwork not received, Re-********* showed up immediately. TNS called Mon to confirm receipt of ********* TNS stated that would call to inform us of the day she was to be cremated. As of 1/22/23, no call & were concerned. We called & were informed that my mom had not yet been cremated as death certificate not finalized. I understand that there are protocols, but we should have been informed that cremation was delayed. TNS has failed their mission of supporting families with ****************** I have felt disappointed, frustrated, forgotten, & disrespected. Many of my close family members have plans with ******* will be advising that they take their $ elsewhere.

      1/12/2024 Losing a mother is never easy. What smoothed the path for my family was my pre-planning Mom’s cremation several years in advance. That is the very best choice I could have made! Because I had Neptune’s services all set up, the process was seamless. The Hospice nurse called Neptune, and a very respectful young man arrived to take Mom away. Because her final decline was so abrupt, I tearfully explained the circumstances. (Mom was ninety-nine years old.) The young man promised me that he would be “extra gentle.” I am forever grateful to Julie from the Kansas City Neptune office for her patience, her kindness, and her compassion. She walked me through all the steps, and I was very glad to have her at the wheel. Do not hesitate to set up services in advance of the need.
