  I did not request information from this company, nor do I want it. I would not use them if I were interested, for the very reason they are sending out this junk mail in the first place. Very tacky and greedy. Having read the reviews of them not giving promised refunds, I think the company is bad.

  I cant say enough wonderful things about **** from the Neptune Society in **************. My mother passed away and I had never delt with a death nor had to prepare for one. **** was so heartfelt and caring as well as patient and guided me through it all. She was always available to me any time of the day I needed to ask questions. She did all the work and I never felt overwhelmed. My husband and I were the only family my mother had left so this was not an easy time for us. **** became more of a family member to us and we truly needed family at this time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ****! You truly were a blessing. Thank you Neptune Society of ************** for having affordable services in a time of need like this.

  I couldnt be happier with my Neptune Society experience. When I initially visited their office to set up service for my father, who was in home hospice, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. There was no effort to upsell me or to prey on my griefas Ive personally experienced with funeral homes. The prices for services were made clear, and there were no surprises. The experience was efficient and considerate. When the time came, the people who picked up my father were kind and respectful and made a difficult experience better. I was kept aware of the process through courteous and considerate calls, that ensured I was in the loop. In fact, my experience was so positive that my husband and I recently enrolled ourselvesan in-home experience that was just as positive and pressure-free as my first. I cant recommend Neptune Society highly enough for their services, commitment, courtesy and professionalism that make difficult times and potentially hard decisions as pleasant as possible.

  ******** was calming, professional and always offered to answer any question. She went above and beyond to ensure the correct spelling on the death certificate. Every reference was phrased in a kind and thoughtful manner . It made a difficult situation manageable.

  Getting to the point of finally signing a contract is almost impossible if you want to know the exact cost before you pay. I have talked to the numerous times, and set up times to try to complete the contract, but I have been ignored. I agreed to pay once they email me the exact numbers for the cost, but no email. Either they are incompetent or they do not need the money.

  When my wife died unexpectedly in ******* (we are from ****************), ************************* and others at Neptune did an amazing job, and made the arrangements much easier for me. ****** was particularly compassionate and helpful.Because I wanted to take my wife home as soon as possible, ****** expedited the cremation and arranged for the death certificates to be sent to me. I feel like she was a good friend in a foreign place when I was all alone and my heart was broken. She understood my pain.I highly recommend the Neptune Society in *******!

  Sarah was wonderful ... She answered questions, cleared up any fog, and put up with my tangents ... Am sure that she was glad that those were brief ... Follow-ups were quick & helpful (scheduled service, shipping, etc) ... The rest of the gang were great, as well (billing, & adjustments to future anticipated family services) ...
