      *********************r direct number to call back. I called back on 6/28/2024 and spoke to ********. She states that the request was still in queue. On 7/02/2024, I spoke with ******* and she expressed that it is still under review. At this point, it seems like nothing is being done and it is very frustrating.

      Date of Transaction 06/26/2024. My son went for a wellness check-up which I should not be charged as this is considered preventative service and due to the fact that the appointment was on a Saturday morning (June 26, 2024) I was scheduled $25 for afterhours. Patient name ************************************ Acct# *********; statement ID# ********** CPT Code billed *****. United Healthcare should also be reimbursed for their portion of the payment for this code.

      Pediatrics associate billing department is very difficult to get a hold off. The person will call my wife while shes at work. When she called ***** back 5-30 minutes later, no one picked up. I have called the billing department at least 2 other times and spent over 30 minutes waiting with no resolution. I sent a letter with the attachments I attached here to the Plantation, FL ****** and they continue to bill us the same uncorrected amount. This has been going on since end of March 2024. The latest bill we received last week is still the same wrong amount submitted under the wrong insurance number. Weve gone to ************************************ Associate and the East Boynton branches to fix the updated insurance and again the portal still shows the old insurance number. We dont know who to call or email at this point. No one responded to my email I sent them on the portal 2 weeks ago. Please see 2 attachments with insurance information, bill from Pediatrics Associates and proof from our insurance company that their claims were submitted under the wrong insurance number making it look like we dont have insurance.

      We are not affiliated with any Pediatric Associates in ******* or in any other state.

      We only have one office in ******************************. Our name is Pediatric Associates ******************* and theirs is just Pediatric Associates.

      They are huge group name Pediatric Associates with many offices in many states but we are not affiliated with them.

      Please remove this complaint and contact the correct office(business).

      This company Fla Pediatric assoc LLC may be involved in questionable billing practices. I received a bill for $19.91. First of all and most important,I do not have children!!!! Where did this questionable Pediatric practice get my name, from a mailing list???This matter needs to be investigated by the State!!!! No one answers the phone!!!! Everything about this is bogus!!!! I will have an attorney involved because I am a senior citizen that is being targeted by thugs!!! Maybe the BBB will be able to contact someone there. Let me know. I will not provide any info other then a mailing address because it is possible that this place scams people. They better not do anything to cause problems for me!!!!

      Pediatric Associate is my son Pediatric. He has two insurance, one as my dependant and the other by ******. The are sending me a bill for a service and we I see the bill i see the only submit the complain with my inssurance and not aslo with his inssurance as they always do. I've been trying to reach them by phone and email for almost 4 month and no one give me an answer. Recently my son got sick and I wasn't able to take him to the doctor because they where asking me to pay the amount I owe, which I do not, so they can see my child. I need someone to answer the phone, my emails and help me solve this ASAP. I can believe that no one can help me with this matter and they keep sending me the invoice to my home even after I have called, leave voice mails, emails and even send a message thru the parent portal that I have.

      I interacted with ***************************** of Pediatric Associates at their ************* office in September of 2023 for a medical examination of my son. My interaction was very unpleasant and I filed a compliant with Pediatric Associates through their online portal the same day. Following the complaint through the portal, I called the billing department to dispute the ~$100 charge for the visit. I was told to file a complaint through the online ethics hotline portal which I did. Nearly 3 months passed and I did not receive any communication or follow up on the ethics portal and I continued to receive bills in the mail from Pediatric Associates. I then reached out to Pediatric Associates through their online portal, twice, attempting to resolve the dispute. The first message was never acknowledged. I received an email response to my second message letting me know that I would be redirected to the right person, but have not received any further introductions or messages despite my following up.

      On October 18 2023 I visited Pediatrics Associates in *************** with my daughter whom was sick. I was advised that there was a balance of roughly $260 for the visit that day and previous visits. I paid the balance entirely on October 18 2023 at the office in ***************. Since then I received multiple bills and a notice of termination of service if balance was not paid for the same amount i had paid in October 2023. I had recently visited the **************** office again on 1/19/2024 as my daughter was once again sick. I had brought to their attention that I keep receiving notices for the balance that was already paid. I was told by the office that they can see where the payment was made but there my be an issue with allocation of funds in the billing department. I have tried to call the bill department multiple times as well as reaching out via email. I have not been able to connect with anyone each time.

      On April 17, 2023 I paid a bill to Pediatric Associates in the amount of $223 (see attachment), as I was told that my insurance would not cover that fee. This was for medical care for my son *******************. However, my insurance later paid this medical bill (see attachment). I have been since trying to obtain refund of the amount that I paid out of pocket. My Pediatric Associates portal shows a credit in the amount of $223 (see attachment), but I am unable to request a refund, or to access said credit. I have called at least 6 times Pediatric Associates ******************* over the past few months. Every time I am put on hold by an answering machine for at least 45 minutes, after which I typically end up having to hang up. I left innumerable messages on the portal, to which I have never received an answer. I am now seeking help from the BBB to obtain what is rightfully mine from this medical office.
