While they did leave a voicemail the phone number they provided was the same faulty number that never picks up.With that being said, they did call me again and I was able to speak with them to resolve the issue. Thank you BBB, it has taken months for this resolution and you were the only way I was able to get ahold of them.

We are contacting the ******* ***************** in regards to **************** and Pediatric Associates neglect to sign paper work in a timely manner. We provide therapy services to two mutual clients and when we do not have the proper documentation signed, we cannot proceed with services. We have sent documentation countless of times that does not get returned for more than ten days. In turn, this causes gap in care for these mutual clients as they cannot receive OT,PT or ST without the doctor ********** We have reached a point that it has become out of hand with the lack of care provided by **************** and Pediatric Associates. We are sending this complaint because we are advocating for the care of these two mutual clients that end up missing necessary care because of failure in part of the doctor and doctor ****** to return documentation.We sent paperwork 10/25 and have physically dropped off paper work on 11/2/23 and 11/9/23 and we have no response as of yet.Initial Complaint

I need Pediatric Associates to refund me $120 payment that cleared my account twice on 7/11. I have tried calling twice, and today 9/15/2023 after waiting for 40min on the phone I spoke with ***************** about the issue. I provided her a copy of a bank statement with shows the transaction cleared twice. She mentioned she would have her Supervisor research but did not attempt to solve the issue. She mentioned she did not see a credit on my account. How is it possible for this company to get a duplicate payment and not attempt to refund the money? Also, why they did not offered to call me back with an update? I need this issue escalated and the additional payment of $120 to be refunded back. On August 26 my daughter had a doctors appointment Dr. ****** informed me that she needed vaccination without giving me the choice whether my daughter could take it or not because of this vaccination, she got a severe allergic reaction. when I called and I found out that this vaccination was not mandatory.Initial Complaint

My family and I relocated from ** June of 2023. On July 26, 2023 the new pediatrician office that we will be using in our new home state requested medical records for our children. As of today, September 5, 2023 the medical records HAVE NOT been sent to the new pediatricians office. I have called multiple times and spoke with multiple people all of which have been unable to assist me with getting the records sent over. I spoke to a supervisor named ****** on Wednesday August 30th, 2023 she advised me that they would be sent in ***** hours, this was NOT done. My children need their medical records sent to the new pediatrician to get a physical for school, my youngest child is UNABLE to attend daycare until she has a physical this is hindering my work day. Pediatric associates advised me that they have 30 days to send the medical records, we are outside of that timeframe. This situation is overwhelming, exhausting and unnecessary. Each of my children have been with PA since birth, I dont understand whats so hard about sending the records over. I do not want to spend unnecessary funds to fly to ******* to request the records in person or to seek legal advice, please assist!Initial Complaint

My family and I recently relocated from South ******* to the ********** **** area. My daughter has been a patient at Pediatric Associates since her birth in 2021. When we moved, I submitted my first medical release form for my daughter's records. I submitted it via email on 1/27/23; it was confirmed to be received by Pediatric Associates on 2/2/23. I followed up for weeks via phone until I decided to fax another medical release form on 3/9/23-the fax was confirmed to have been received right away. It is now 4/10/23 and I have still not received her records and neither has the new pediatrician; I've called multiple times per week since my second request was submitted. My daughter is falling months behind on her vaccines and can only be seen via the emergency room due to their negligence. I just want the records released.Initial Complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. **I would like to note that ****** Quiche Singletarys response is not
completely accurate. I received two (2) phone calls during the past 2+ months, both of which were toward the end of their business day and I was busy with my work. When I tried to call back, prior to the close of business, I would receive a message that the business was already closed, before 5pm. Every correspondence I received, I responded to as soon as possible. I have been in contact with three (3) employees since yesterday (03/08/2023) and I believe that this matter will be resolved soon**

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, their response is incorrect. The business did have my email, as well as my phone number. After 60 days, no one thought to give me a call to verify any information or provide the status or the records request. I made several attempts via phone and email to obtain an update, and was unsuccessful. It is evident on the records request, the file was to be delivered electronically. Therefore, the mailing address was irrelevant.

I am on holiday in ******, my son suffers from wheezing on occasion, he got a cold and I needed his medication pump and mask. I called at 11am to request a refill to local pharmacy in ******. The call took 30 minutes and I was told they would send it over and the pharmacy would call me when ready. Two hours later, the pharmacy in ******** had not received the prescription and my sons neck is continuing to retract due to wheezing showing breathing struggles. I call back and was told they can see the prescription refill request in their system but that the doctor had not signed off? I was never told the doctor needed to sign off for a prescription refill, just that I was being sent to pharmacy. What??? Ive now wasted two hours. This second women, proceeds to ask me questions about the medication and how my son is doing and transfers me to a third women- seemingly a nurse, who asks me a list of questions to ensure this is not a medical emergency. At this point, Im confused, why was this not done on initial call? Why have I been falsely led to believe that the medication was being sent to pharmacy the last two hours as my son CONTINUES to wheeze and have neck retractions. After finishing another 30 min call and the nurse deeming this isnt a medical emergency, ** told that the doctor may NOT approve because the last refill was last year. Please note *************** Care whose records Pediatric Associates see on their screen, prescribed this same medication the last three months. I was told to call back a THIRD time after two hours (apparently no one can call you back), as the doctor must approve OR deny request for refill within the two hours (I was told). My son meanwhile, continues with neck retractions and wheezing. I wait three hours, by this point its been FIVE hours trying to secure medication refill for my son that he urgently needs. I call back and wait almost AN HOUR on hold for after hours, speak to same nurse and am told doctor has not responded. She had said doctor must respond within TWO hours, what the h*** game are we playing? She claims she cannot call the doctor. I am LIVID and its ridiculous that I placed so much trust on this practice to see after my sons care. Misinformation, false expectations, long wait times, over six hours all in before I decided to seek urgent care. This could have very simply been a ***************************************** on all day that the medication was sent to pharmacy. Utterly ridiculous, the level of ineffectiveness. They need to be held accountable for the misinformation and lack of assistance.Business Response
