      Once again so impressed with Chewy!! I ordered my cats prescription food at the last minute because we ran out before my next autoship. They had no idea we were completely out, but it arrived the next day. I was so happy and relieved we didnt have to go out to find food to hold us over. Chewy I wish I could be one of your customer service **** because you are a wonderful company!! My cats tummy thanks you!!

      I order Hills Science Diet I/D for my 9y/o Maltese named Princess ******* and recently I had locked myself out of the account and I called **************** for assistance and the lady who helped me was Super awesome and friendly and she helped me with my order. I told her about my babies and how Princess had Pancreatic Cancer , and has been strong fighting for her health ! The order came within two (2) days and then today they (Chewy) sent me a Wellness card with a couple toys for them I was moved to tears , I wanted to reach out and thank Chewy and their Staff for bringing a smile to Us and our Babies !!! Thank you so much and Bless you for all you do

      Our 13.5 year old *********************** passed away one week ago. My daughter called on Saturday to cancel some auto shipments of supplements and also to inquire about some specific suggestions as to where we can donate the many partial bottles of opened medicine that we have. As in, is there a certain rescue/shelter that Chewy finds reputable. The representative was very sympathetic and helpful. Even adjusting some costs for us, which is not what we were seeking. On Monday we received a beautiful flower bouquet in honor of our cherished girl ??I was going to say that you have no idea what this touching gesture meant to us, but I feel that someone at Chewy absolutely does. Thank you all.

      Real pet people! I received a shipment of perscription dog food days before my dog passed. I called Chewy and a woman named Karen refunded my money, cancelled the auto ship and told me to donate the food. The best part, she had lowers sent. That was an amazing experience!

      Chewy delivered expired and molded chicken feed to my home. While they refunded the cost of the bags, they would not provide any compensation or solution for me to dispose of the 100lbs of molded food that I was now responsible for. This product was delivered to my home three times in the last two months - all three bags were expired, two were visibly moldly and could be smelled before opening the bag. I do not recommend using Chewy for any food, feed, or supplements as a result.

      Chewy is an amazing company! I have always had good customer service from friendly reps. **** are reasonably priced and they have so many products and services to choose from. Sadly, this past Tuesday, my dog ***** had to be put to sleep. I asked Chewy not to send me his medicine anymore. **** were very sympathetic when I told them why and I was floored by their concern. And then, to top it off, Chewy sent me flowers! This is the business model which all companies should strive for. **** actually have a heart. Thank you Chewy for helping me through one of the worst experiences of my life.

      Absolutely outstanding. When my dear Copper passed, I asked if they knew of a way for me to donate his unused flea medication. They told me that while I should discard it, they wanted to refund my money and asked if I wanted to share pictures of my sweet boy. Care and compassion- the best way to run a business.

      Normally I love Chewy and am a loyal member, but their packing team needs SERIOUS work! I have two cats and frequently place large orders and more than twice now, they have placed a 35 lb container of litter in the same box as something easily breakable/crushable with little to no padding Today was the last straw when ONCE AGAIN I arrived home to see my pharmacy item VISIBLY POURING OUT OF THE *** ON MY FRONT DOORSTEP. Sure enough, the lysine powder my cats are out of and desperately need was completely destroyed by the litter (and now the pail of litter is covered in lysine powder - extra thanks Chewy). No padding or packing paper in sight to brace the impact. I chat with **************** first for a refund and replacement and they tell me to call, so I call They give me the refund, but are now out of the pharmacy item until further notice, so cant give me a replacement So now, again, my cats are suffering and without supplies because Chewys carelessness Since I have to buy my lysine powder elsewhere now, Im considering taking my business elsewhere entirely too since I cant reasonably trust my items (especially pharmacy items) to arrive at my door safely and in one piece (again, not an isolated incident). The **************** Reps solution? I would have to call EVERY ORDER to ensure the litter is packed separately So now Im being asked to take even more time to fix a mistake thats not mine and to reiterate what should already be common knowledge?

      Chewy recently found out my dog has passed, they went out there way, and spent money on giving me a note and a flower arrangement, they didn't have to do that, that is class, I appreciate that love for my fur baby, thank you chewy!!!
