      Absolutely untrustworthy! I placed an order, they did not ship it, when I called I was told that it was my fault because I did not verify the account. I asked when they send the verification email and they responded that it was sent on 6/15 @ 5:15PM. I asked if any other emails were sent, and they said NO. The email I received on 6/15 @ 5:15 PM was the order receipt telling me that my order would ship soon. They outright lie to keep your money!

      I decided to try switching my dog's prescription to Chewy pharmacy. I needed to mail in the prescription. The information provided said they would fill the Rx within 1-2 days of receiving it, then provide fast 1-3 day shipping. My dog had 2 weeks left of pills at this point, so I figured there would be plenty of time to get the Rx before she ran out. A week after sending the Rx, there was no update, so I gave them a call. They claimed that because I sent it First Class mail (delivery in 1-5 business days) it would take ***** business days to arrive, and that they recommend sending Priority Mail. The email they sent with instructions for mailing the prescription said nothing about priority mail. It all feels very dishonest - like they can't fulfill their promised timeline and are blaming it on the ****.

      I asked for a return on a dog pooper scooper. The ***resentative was so helpful and super easy to work with. I got a full credit including shipping. The *** then asked me to donate the item to a pet shelter. This was fantastic. They have the most wonderful customer service Ive ever experienced.

      I placed an order for my dog seizure medication. Figured it would make life a little easier to have them shipped to home not have to worry about going to the pharmacy. I researched before placing the order. I need 2 extra bottles with labels on them. One for daycare, one to keep with me so he doesn't miss a dose. Then he has the rest of in the bottle at home. So I don't have to carry a bunch of pills. On the website it states they can provide extra bottles. I placed the order. There wasn't a spot to request extra bottles. I called and was told they don't offer extra bottles anymore. They "haven't updated the website" . It's a seizure medication- emergency life saving medication- prescription required and has to be in a labeled bottle. They said they can't do that. It's crazy, I have never heard of a pharmacy doing this. The website is very misleading saying it can but they can't. I was told no extra labeled bottle but of I need extra syringes I could get those. Very disappointed Chewy. I wanted this to work and figured it would be better for my baby. I ended up canceling the order along with my other autoship. No chewy for us.

      I ordered a whelping box. It was supposed to be 41 x 47 it arrived. I put it together. It is 41 x 39 1/2 all the representative could offer me will send it back and Ill give you a refund. Will the boxes in the trash, and now I have to spend my time disassembling this just poor customer service FALSE advertisement

      At this time, we do need the item returned to us in order to process the refund, but we do our best to make that process quick and easy. We offer pre-paid ***** shipping labels and can even schedule a ***** pickup on your behalf to save you the trip.

      I have been a chewy customer since 2014. Thats how far my order history goes anyways. Ive always loved the quality and price of their products. I also order my pet food from them via auto ship. Ive had many great experiences with their customer service but what prompted me here is their latest act of thoughtfulness. My cat recently passed away. I called if I can return his unopened food and they gave me a refund and asked me to donate the food instead of returning them. Tonight, I received a package from chewy. When I opened it, it was a sympathy card with a heartfelt handwritten note. Along with the card, they included a beautiful memorial rock painted with my pets name. It was an incredibly thoughtful and unexpected gesture that brought comfort during a very difficult time. This is so beyond customer service. This felt very personal. Thank you.

      I had a gift card and they said do I have account and they wouldn't take the Chewy gift card at all!Its was a $25.00 gift card and I ended canceling the order and at the end I told the lady sorry I go to Wal-marts for my cats food and other things I need!I hope they lose a lot of people and I never had a hard time at all and now they said do I have account, now I go somewhere else to get it as long they don't have me anymore at all!I will tell you one thing is I tell people not to order anything from them as long you need account!I hope I will never used you again and if I need something I go to Wal-marts to get what I need! GOOD BYE CHEWY! I will tell anyone what they said do I have account with them! Are you jokig too!

      I've been shopping with Chewy.com for years. They are the best source for food and supplies. However, shopping online is a nightmare. I can never use the option "low to high". The minute I start to scroll down, it changes to any other option. Also, most of the time, I cannot order online. There is always a snag, always an issue--so I have to call and place my order over the phone. Extremely annoying.

      Had a minor issue with vet prescriptions and they went above and beyond. The ways they were willing to try and help was something that you never see these days. I will never buy from another site if its available on chewy they have more than earned my business. Seriously amazing
