Chewy is the most caring company I have ever seen. I just lost two pets and when o removed their profiles I received flowers from them the next day. They have provided excellent customer service consistently for years I love them so much I tell everyone about them I would do a free commercial for themChewy, Inc.

I am so grateful for the Chewy Family. We recently lost our ***** ***** and had to cancel all her medications we had on auto ship. It has been extremely difficult losing our girl, but today I received the most beautiful flowers from the Chewy family. It was such a wonderful surprise.Chewy, Inc.

I used chewy regularly. maybe half the products I buy the descriptions were a lie. also my dog needs medication every day for the rest of his life I have been on the auto renewal/ship program for years. every time they are wayyy late. it is never on time. the chewy pharmacists either just dont work or they are over worked. and to speak to one... forget it. I was in there chat for over 48 hours waiting for one. my dog will DIE if he does not get this medication regularly as it is preventative medication to keep his very minor heart murmur from getting worse. it works wonders. but chewy will let your dogs die has they will be months late delivering your medications. each time I have to go to the local vet and get a 30 day supply. and something multiple times because even after the first 30 days are up chewy is still not gotten me my dogs medication so I have to go back to the vet and get another 30 day supply. I do not live close to the vet which is why I use chewy. they are absolutely horrendous when it comes to their medication processes and the auto fill/ship featureChewy, Inc.

I started using Chewy a few months ago to get prescription medication for my dog. I set up everything for autoship and waited. After a few weeks with no updates, I checked my account and saw the order was canceled. When I called, they said they couldnt get authorization from my vet and claimed they sent an email, which went to my spam folder. That was their only attempt to notify me. No call, no text, no other communication.I switched to a vet that works directly with Chewy and updated my account. The next day, Chewy called to confirm the new vet info and said the medication would ship within 48 hours. Two weeks passed and still nothing. I checked again, and the order had been canceled again. They had contacted the old vet, despite all my info being updated.I called repeatedly over several days. Every time, I was told it would be corrected, and every time nothing changed. No notes were saved, no account updates were made, and they kept trying the wrong vet. Turns out they had a valid authorization the entire time but still failed to process the order. My dog is now way behind on his medication, and Chewy didnt seem to care at all.After countless calls, I canceled the order and wont use Chewy again.Also, their hold system is a nightmare. You get a short jingle every 10 seconds followed by One of our specialists will be with you shortly. That loop for 30 minutes straight is infuriating.Chewy, Inc.

What an amazing company. I continue to be impressed with their customer service and the way they do business. We recently lost one of our dogs and they were wonderful about ensuring autoship was stopped and even refunded some money for items recently purchased without me asking at all as I had zero expectation of any refund. They proactively moved my deceased dog from an active state to a memorial state. LOVE LOVE LOVE this company!!!Chewy, Inc.

used to love chewy, thought they were an amazing company!!! Unfortunately I feel the exact opposite now!!! Where do I begin??? So I’ll just Randomly start with the first issue that comes to mind, and remember all these issues have been back to back to back!!!! So the “Pet MD” omega 3 fish oil soft gels for dogs, is not technically for dogs!!! Dogs have to have vitamin e to deliver the omega and there is not a drop of vitamin e in it. So for a lot of dog owners you’re just wasting money. But for some you’re poisoning your dog, some dogs just store it up since it’s not going to use. Grant it. It’s not like giving them anthrax but it’s not helping them either. Now let me go to the next subject 200 dollars worth of heart worm medicine the last 3 doses had some manufacturing defects and were literally hard as a rock. I could not cut them with a serrated knife, I soaked them in water nothing. Well after dozens of emails chewy just passed it on to heartgard. And heargard passed it on to chewy so I got nothing. Then I had refills on my dogs medicine well their system would not let me order the refills then the refills expired. So I ordered more well after 2 weeks the order still said waiting for vet approval usually takes 1-2 days. Well 2 weeks I message chewy they say oh we will call the vet first thing in morning. I said okay. 3 more days go by still no word from chewy in any of this. I message again this time they tell me my vet switched to no more verbal prescriptions I have to go in to see them. I was just there 3 weeks ago. And now have to bring 2 healthy dogs back to the vet and pay more unnecessary money cuz chewy didn’t inform me. I’m also mad at vet and will be switching for not informing as well and also refusing to let chewy accept a verbal authorization and wanting us to come spend more money. So bye bye mounds animal clinic in mounds Minnesota!!! I’m tired of typing but have several dozen more instances to go along with this monologue!!!!!Chewy, Inc.

Extremely frustrating website experience. As a guest, you're only allowed to add one gift cardand once it's added, it gets locked to that guest session. If you back out or dont complete the purchase, the gift card remains tied to that temporary guest account. After creating a full account, that same gift card cant be transferred or used, essentially making it unusable. I've spent over a month trying to resolve this issue with Chewy customer service, with no success so far.Chewy, Inc.

This '.com' company does not use quality control by testing incoming products. My cat almost died because of food contamination. I did receive a refund but also an attitude. This company only distributes the food you can buy from the original food processor plant. You may save a couple of bucks on the price but without any testing or quality control inside Chewy warehouses who knows what's brewing in storage especially these days with less regulation. My cat hasn't died yet but she really is suffering. I did experiments to check the food so it wasn't my other food. I don't want to do this review but feel compelled to.Chewy, Inc.
