      Every single time I have worked with them has been an absolute pleasure. I have been using them for about 5-6 years. If you call, someone will answer within two rings. Every representative has been kind, compassionate, eager to please and great to work with. All products have come exactly as advertised. 16/10 recommend them for your pet needs.

      I had canceled an auto ship for prescription food for my dog that passed away a couple months ago. I received an email saying her prescription was renewed so I called to make sure it wouldnt be sent anyway. A couple days later ****** and the Chewy team sent me a bouquet and a very heart felt card for the loss of my best friend. I couldnt believe how thoughtful and loving a big company would be during this difficult time. Thank you so much, ********************************

      Chewy might be my all time favorite company that I can truly rave about. For starters, their auto-ship feature for literally everything from food to pharmacy makes being a pet mom so easy. Their app is the most user-friendly. And they not only send Christmas and bday cards to your pet, but I randomly received a hand-drawn portrait of my dog for National Dog Month out of nowhere that made me cry happy tears. I will forever be a Chewy customer and refer them to any pet parents!!

      Easiest experience requesting a replacement for a defective item. My call was immediately answered at 6:47 PM by a human, and she was so extremely pleasant to speak with! The call only too 2.5 minutes and she has my replacement en route. They've earned my loyalty.

      Could not cancel auto ship on app. So irritating ?? You can sign up for auto ship, change the date even add on the app but no cancellation button Gave me a big headache Much cheaper on Amazon anyway.July 26, 2023

      I typically dont order things for my dogs online (except Amazon) because mail and packages normally get delivered to the wrong address. I ordered a vest for my dog. It was everything it was described as, but it was too small because my dog is a half size. I emailed about returning it, they gave me the refund then said if its still useable I can donate it to a shelter or any other place that dogs go. That is what made me write this review; instead of getting the product back, they said to donate it to another dog who needs more love and that is what I look for in a company. I recommend using chewy when its needed.
