      I placed an order with Chewy **** on June 30th July 11th I contacted Chewy **** My order was reported as delivered on July 1st however it had not been delivered. I followed up with Chewy **** on July 1st and I was advised to wait 14 days. After 14 days I followed up and did not have a resolution. Instead I was told to file a police report and was told to wait 24 to 48 hours ********** report was filed. I waited 48 hours, I reached back out and have not heard back since from Chewy ****

      Great service, products and price!I've used Chewy for years now. Their shipping was a little spotty during the height of the pandemic, but still pretty good considering! And better than many other companies at the time.Recently though I needed to refund and cancel my most recent shipment of cat food, as my cat is on a hypoallergenic diet for a period of time.Chewy made the process so easy! They refunded the $80 charge for two bags of food, and said I could donate it, give it away or whatever else I wanted to do with it.So refreshing for an online refund, as I can focus my energy on my cat and donate food to help support our local shelter!I've also found their prices to be competitive with other retailers, as well as very convenient with auto ship services.

      Ordered treats that were mislabeled and had to go through attorney generals office to get that fixed. It didnt take them long after I did that to fix the problem, however, to come off as caring, they offered me a $75 off next order, BUT.. I had to call a supervisor, then had to send them the letter from attorney generals office only to be pushed into garbage food for my little girl. The complaint is that they originally sent treats whose ingredients were not correct with disregard to animals safety for those who have allergies, but then respond to state as a compassionate company with a bogus offer only to AGAIN, send me junk food for my dog and ignore the complaint of such. Chewy needs to actually hire people that really do care about the pets they provide for and work to correct the items they sell for by other companies before more animals suffer.

      I have happily ordered from Chewy for some time. My most recent order was for over $200. The packaging was poorly done. Soft chicken meatballs were put in with the 47 lb dry dog food, as were two boxes of expensive cat food pouches. The dog food burst open, the meatballs were flattened and the boxes of cat food were smashed. What bothers me was that part of the order was placed in another box for shipping. The two bags of hard dental chews should have been put in with the big bag of dog food and the softer items shipped in the second box. What angered me was that I didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply when I politely emailed Chewy about this. FedEx definitely mishandled the package, but Chewy poorly packed it. As for their customer service, not receiving a reply strongly suggests that it is poor. Date of experience: July 06, 2023

Generally speaking, you should have seen the refunded amount credited to the account associated with the payment method used for the order within 3 to 5 business days, however that timing may vary based on your banking institution.

      on line chat is ridiculous, continue to ask same question over and over "Is there anything else" without answering the initial question.I will NEVER utilize chewy.com..recently received 3 emails from them stating they were processing my order, that they had received a change in my address and added a credit card. When I finally got to speak with a representative and then supervisor, they can't share any of the information with me because I dont have the information to verify??? How can I verify the thief' address and I am not going to give my credit cards to them. So I have to wait a month to receive a statement to see where the order went and what it was charged to.. Do they know how much damage someone can do in one month???? The only other option is to cancel all credit cards, at my time and expense, because Chewy doesnt want to tell me what card the thief is using or where they are located.

      We've used Chewy for years with absolutely no issues. However, I've recently gained even more respect for them. I had ordered an rx item for our fur baby. Unfortunately, he passed away a few days later. Chewy not only refunded us for the item without question but was kind enough to send flowers the next day to give their condolences. This small gesture speaks volumes about their care and has strengthened my trust in using them for our pets needs. Thank you Chewy!

      The current "promotion" of 40% off Select Toys, Treats & More with Purchase of Select Dry Dog Food, Cat Food, & Litter is incredibly misleading and may result in manipulation of many users through false marketing. When adding the required food item to become eligible for the discount, many items that are not food or litter will not qualify for the discount despite the fact that they have the deal logo at the bottom of the items. One may think that items that are advertised with this deal that are not food or litter would fall into the "& more" category of the advertised deal - however items such as a litter mat and a litter scoop do not quality since they are related to litter. No where in the deal description or additional information is clarification given. Chewy customer support is kind and very responsive as always, but they too are confused by this deal and can only offer the generic explanation of "I'm sorry for the confusion. For the promotion to apply successfully, you must add 1 eligible Food or Litter item and 1 eligible dog and cat faves items (including supplements, toys, treats, and canned food) to cart and enter code GETMORE for discount to apply on the select dog and cat faves items."
