Pride did a spectacular job resolving my plumbing issues. I was fortunate enough to have **** and ******** (Dream Team)! prioritize my problem and they were so very kind. Im so grateful and highly recommend them. Five stars +!Id also like to thank **** for fixing my refrigerator at record speed. 5 starsI had Pride come to my home to clear my clogged toilet. I'd been having problems with this toilet for months not flushing well and backing up. I had other plumbers come an look at it, so Pride was my next choice. I wish had called them first! Carter the plumber they sent to me was so efficient and brought with him all he needed to work on my issue. He was polite and courteous and efficient. He thoroughly checked out my problem and gave me the help I needed. He was neat and cleaned up any mess caused in the fixing of my problem. 5 starsWe had our air conditioner serviced yesterday (10/06/23) by a Pride technician named Lesly. We just wanted you to know that we feel that you have an outstanding employee. He was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable in fixing the problem with our Rheem air conditioner, which we purchased just over 1 year ago from Pride. We had a plugged line which caused the unit to keep turning on & off. He knew exactly what the problem was and corrected the issue in a professional & timely manner. He also told us how we could prevent the problem from re-occuring. Pride has a very valuable employee in Lesly. We give him a 5 star rating for his knowledge and his professionalism. 5 stars10/04/2023 I called Pride yesterday about a running toilet. They said they would be out in the morning. The plumbing technician showed up promptly this morning. He has been here a few times in the past. Each time he greets us with a friendly demeanor. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it promptly and said his goodbyes thanking us for using Pride. With todays unskilled tight labor market, you should as a company be grateful to employ quality people like him. We will continue to use Pride and we thank you.Review fromMichael F

5 starsWe have had service contracts with Pride for many years following Pride's installation of two A/C units in 2014 and have been consistently pleased with the scheduling process and the services received, including A/C and plumbing issues. The schedulers are polite and professional and the techs are competent and professional. The service agreements are a good value for minor and major issues and avoid the additional inconvenience associated with a breakdown/repair issue in that you don't have to search for an A/C company, plumber or electrician when a problem arises .
