    Ordered from ALT Fragrance and just received order this week. None of the products are as advertised and smell like cleaning chemicals. Now Im out 108$ because they dont do refunds apparently and they deleted or suppressed my negative review from ever being posted and only seem to have 5 star reviews on their website which deceives the customer into thinking they are trustworthy. I feel very stupid that I got scammed by them and dont want it to happen to others. I would like a full refund and offered to send the products back right away but then I read their policy. They also sent me emails saying they have hassle free returns to lure me into buying -now I see that is totally false.

    I ordered the 100ml ******* 23 fragrance on the 13th a d it still hasn't been shipped. The website states that orders ship out between 1-3 business days. I have paid money and have no product. These people have stolen my money.

    Order #ALT744762, May 22 Total cost $50.88 USD Defective or used product, sold as new Has not tried to resolve My last request/communication:I would like a full refund on this purchase. I switched over from another fragrance company to ALT but am extremely dissatisfied. From what I received, this is not a product that you should have sold in the first place, as it has already been used or was a return from another customer. It is stale, indicating that there is a short shelf life, or that it has been sitting in inventory for a while.I do not appreciate a portion of a purchase to be extended as credit. I would like a full refund back to my credit card, otherwise I will need to escalate with the proper ******* business authorities.

    I have tried contacting this business numerous times. They have no phone number. I keep writing emails that no one answers. on ******** messenger they keep telling me my claim is escalated. its not. this have been going on for a month. they took ******************************** for a free mens sampler set which is sold out so i cant even get it and now they wont put the point back. no one answers. thats pathetic.

    On June 1st I made a online order from a company called ALT Fragranes who sells colognes and perfume that are suppose to vegan and chemical free. I purchased it for my Son for his birthday gift, which is in June. I purcuased the Men's Best Seller Collection which included 3 bottles of different scented colognes for $95.63. My concern and issue is that I waited for a fee days to receive a shipping label informing my of the shipping date, I received nothing and went back on the website to check my order status and it still stated the same information( waiting for DHL). So I contacted support and was told that my item was still processing and there is a delay. It's been 4 days since my otder date and nothing regarding a shipping label be sent to me. I truly believe this company is a scam I have ordered things online for years and have this happen. I believe this company is advertising and using a no refund only exchange policy, because there isn't an actual company or perfume. I don't want anyone else to get scammed be this farce like me and my son. I want my $95.63 returned to me. It's heartbreaking to spend yoyr hard earned money on a gift and get absolutley nothing. PLEASE ANY REAL INVESTIGATION INTO THIS COMPANY DEFINETLY NECESSARY. Thank you for you time and patience. Have a great day and be safe. GOD BLESS!

    Placed an order with Alt Fragrances on April 21st. Order # ALT705675. I only placed the order with them because their website claims they have fast shipping. From their website - "SHIPPING PROCESS From the time your order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We typically DO NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process Ex: (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable."On April 30th, 9 days after placing the order, I checked and it said my order is still being fulfilled. I contacted them and asked to cancel my order and refund my payment as I am going out of the country to ****** on Friday and will not be back in ****** until the end of August / beginning of September. My email to the business "Good Afternoon,Please cancel and refund my order.I am going out of the country on Friday and will be away for several months. I places this order back on April 21st, and it has not yet shipped, and if it doesnt arrive to me by Thursday, it will be worthless to me.Please cancel and refund my order. Your website says your items are shipped within a few days - its been 9 days now and it still hasnt shipped, and is unlikely to make it to me by Thursday.Ill try ordering from your company again in the future when I am able to.Thanks for your time. Please confirm cancellation and refund to my credit card.*********************"They responded back shortly after saying they could not assist. I told them that I will be forced to charge back to my credit card if it is not in my hands by ***** because I leave on Fri, and I will return it to them at the end of Aug when I'm back,

    ALT fragrance order #ALT645284 placed March 2 on March 17 shipping conformation received that order items were deliver to original sender ( ************* **) via ******** not the shipping address when order was placed. Support request initialed with company March 23 requesting assistance for order # ALT645284 returned to original sender and not refund processed. Email response from ALT apologies for inconvenience, refund policy only allows refund via store credit or send replacement March 23. Response back to ALT March 23 as per the details of this order was never delivered by returned to original sender with no refund initiated or any communication requesting a refund at this time website states " In Circumstance of return back to original form of payment Return back to original form of payment may take **** business days .Restocking fee of **** per item will apply for returns back to original payment method." On March *********************************************************************** exchanges indicated on website. If I don't want store credit , we can also send out a replacement for lost package. Response back to ALT March 23 reiteration of website policy as stated regarding return back to original payment method. Additionally package is not lost but was returned to original sender without ever receiving, requesting refund to original payment method and elevate if needed for resolution. March 24response from ALT same individual ( no elevation) apologies again and cant issues a refund will escalates further. March 24 response to ALT still requesting escalation and reiterated website contradicting policy regarding returns and item return back to original sender not a lost package. March 24 response from ALT same individual ( No elevation) stating only offer store credit and exchanges per policy and use a third party carrier for shipping not within control. Email response to ALT again requesting resolution reiterating previous email language.Isue is unresloved.
