    I purchased a bundle of perfumes (4 total). After I received the product I used 1 bottle and had an allergic reaction on the places I sprayed the perfume (my neck, back of my neck and wrists). After this experience I didnt want to use the rest of the perfumes and contacted the company for a refund. They stated that the only have store credit and exchange policy. I explained to the cs rep that I had an allergic reaction and dont want their product as I do no longer trust the quality of the product. I was again told that I cannot get my money back. I again told them I do not want a product that causes me to breakout in hives. I just want my money back and only 1 perfume was used. The rest werent even taken out of the boxes. I researched to see if there were other who had the same experience as me and found out the company deletes any negative comments from their posts on ******** (which is where I saw their ad). I do not plan to ever purchase anything from this company again so why would I accept an exchange or store credit. I want to return the perfumes and get a refund.

    I am trying to get a credit or return for an item I bought from Alt Fragrance.I paid ***** and I am not pleased with the item. Now I am reading this is an ongoing debt from my bank? I want to be refunded, But it seems almost impossible to get a response from anyone.

    I made a purchase of over $120 Dollars on October 19th. I had requested an exchange not long after because 2 of the fragrances I ordered had an awful smell. They claim on the website theres a satisfaction guarantee , so I contacted them asking if Id be eligible to make an exchange to which they quickly responded yes and assured me I would be given a credit as long as I cover shipping costs and send it back. Which I did using an excessive amount of packing bubble just to make sure it was secure. I sent them tracking info and let them know when I sent it and when it arrived and was signed for by them. Now the company did a complete 360 and has not responded to 1 single email of mine. Ive been emailing over and over and over for the past 2 weeks with no response. The company still sends me promotional emails. But wont respond to mine asking about the credit I was promised. I would always spread the word about them because I really enjoyed some of their products and especially the affordability. But now I will never do business with them again unless this is corrected and I am show they are the ethical company I thought they were.

    I emailed the company about making a return on 3 items I didnt like , the representative told me to mail them back along with a order number inside and the 3 items i would like to exchange them for .. 2 weeks passed and they not say i also need the tracking number ( which i do not have anymore ) they got my return and will not replace the items or even respond to me anymore without the tracking number , i sent them my items back and now no one can find it . This should possible with my name and address.

    Order placed on 10-16-2023 Order # alt905456. When I received the order I immediately asked for a refund as the perfume is leaving a bright yellow residue on my bathroom counter and causing an allergic reaction. I ask for a refund and all they would do was to offer store credit. I explained that I could NOT wear the product and did not want additional items from them, They state all they can do is to give store credit. I opened multiple cases with the customer service and included to refund police which states you can get a refund of your original payment. The refuse to refund me my money. FRAGRANCES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RETURN PACKAGES THAT *** BECOME LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN IN-TRANSIT. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE AND/OR RETURN TRACKING NUMBER WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURNS.     I ordered 6 bottles of cologne on October 10, 2023. I recently received only 5 of the 6 bottles. My order was received in a small box (which was filled to the brim with foam pieces used to cushion the glass bottles). I reached out immediately to express my concerns. I've sent numerous emails, but they are not addressing my specific issue. My solution is to either return my money for the item OR send the missing item. In good faith, I paid for the order in full. I consider this fraudulent to not give me what was paid for. The missing item was a large, 3.3-ounce of EXECUTIVE 26, costing $59. I am sending a copy of the receipt, pictures of the small mailing box & 5 bottles of cologne, and copies of my emails. Lastly, *************** was too small to include any additional bottles of cologne (large or small). This was a simple matter that should have been handled long before now. How many other consumers have they done this to?

    I ordered 1 fragrance from this company July 27th. Just one. They are deceptive in when you order apparently you are signing up for a subscription where they bill you monthly when you never agreed to this. I pulled up my credit card statement and see a pending $29.95 charge from SP *** Fragrance out of ******* **. There is no phone number to contact this business; HUGE RED FLAG!

    On 08/29/2023 I placed an order from this company for $107.43. I was charged that amount via PayPal. One minute later, I was charged again for $110.56. This was listed on my PayPal account as an automatic payment. I did not approve any automatic payments and only purchased one order for the original $107.43 amount. I requested a refund from the company but they were not helpful and offered only a store credit amount if I returned my original order. I want to keep my original order that I paid the $107.43 amount for and only have the second $110.56 amount refunded to my PayPal account, as that was the incorrect charge for something I did not approve.

    I purchased a bottle of perfume from this website. I received a leaking bottle that is pictured. The scent of the perfume smelled strongly of alcohol and took my breath away! I want to be provided with a return label so I can send this item back and I want a full refund. **************** said I would have to spend MY money to send back a DAMAGED item and I would only get a store credit. I don't want anything from this company. I just want my money back and to send back this damaged and defective item. Thanks.

It was mailed and delivered to ****************************************************************************************
