    Terrible company to order from. I received my perfume and it was leaking. I spoke with someone online from the company back and forth promptly before I sent the pics they requested. They requested I send a pic (which I did from multiple angles along with the stained box from the leakage). No one has gotten back to me. Before I sent the proof, the company was responding rapidly. After I sent the pics and requested a prepaid mailer to send the defective perfume back, no response. Don't know if I'll have to inform my credit card company to obtain a refund.

    I had a perfume bottle leak during shipping on my first purchase with Alt Fragrances. I immediately took photos and contacted their support team. To my surprise, I received a same-day response with a sincere apology and an explanation that this can happen during hot summer months. They shipped a replacement bottle that same day. In a time where good customer service feels rare, ********************** truly impressed me. Ive had an excellent experience and fully intend to be a long-term customer. Highly recommend.

    My order was easy and prompt. Great smells and last all day. Customer service is the best by far. They take care of the customer and want the customers to back. 5 stars all around! Highly recommend .

    This company is an absolute scam! I bought $160 worth of fragrances and 2 of them are just alcohol in a cheap bottle. Absolutely no scent at all. The other two smell like cheap cleaning products and the smell is gone after minutes. They also delete any negative feedback from their page. Avoid at all costs!

    If I could give zero star, I would do that.These people are are scammers and worst in customer service.Tell you and show you a different amount, you pay for the amount that you see, but later you get receipt on your email and you see that you are charged double the price they told you.Customer support does nothing for more than a month.They are scammers, never purchase anything from them.Worst business and even worse service.SCAM.

    *** has been nothing short of amazing in regards to their customer service. I emailed then with an issue and they got back to me in less than 10 minutes with a resolution! Absolutely amazing customer service and I love their perfumes as well!! Definitely 10/10 and will be purchasing from them again
