    Alt fragrances are high quality at a very affordable price. Just got 3 different bottles and let me tell you they are spot on interpretations of the OG's. The sillage and duration is amazing. Not to mention that their catalog is very well put together they offer many scents that would cost a fortune at big box stored. So why spend the big bucks for the same thing. In my opinion the scents I got are more durable than their OG counterparts. Thank you Alt for such a great product!

    Worst experience ever, not only they didn't want to refund me but when I asked they changed the fragrances for the ones I want it ( I pressed the wrong button when ordering one perfume and got stuck to buy 3 more for half price), they told me I needed to wait to receive the ones I ordered before doing an exchange, they could have at least helped me order the perfumes I wanted. I spent over $100 on perfumes that I didn't want, and all they can offer is credit. I'm involving my bank. These people shouldn't be in business. I sent numerous emails and got zero answer. F*** THEM ALL

    I received my bottle opened in the packaging with no label.I reached out to them and nothing. Still have them a chance. I order 4 bottles and only reached one again BROKEN. I emailed multiple times with pictures and videos, I have yet to receive a response. I wouldnt buy from them. I whisked over to ******. No issues yet

    Order 9 bottles of cologne with 1 tracking number. Only received 3 of the 9. No 800# to contact, no working chat, just a support email address. paid over $300. Very disappointed. If I receive a response, refund or the 6 missing fragrances, I will update review. Lack of communication is very disappointing.

    ******** company with even worse customer service. Ordered 6 products.. received 2. No one will return any of my 8 emails. Buyers beware.
