    I have been buying from the company for months now, and I truly love their products and the customer service is amazing. The scents are fantastic and I get lots of compliments wearing them.

    Great smelling colognes. Had a bottle come and the top was unscrewed having cologne leak out. Gave then an email and send me a new bottle straight away not questions asked I was extremely impressed with their service! No more name brand colognes for me these guys are amazing!

    If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I am not sure how they are getting these reviews but Colognes I got smells very bad. I got nausea, skin rash and headaches because of these colognes made by this company. Worst is they dont take returns. I will definitely be throwing these in trash. I highly suggest everyone to buy real colognes in the market.

    I ordered from Alt on April 8, 2023. My package arrived on April 17th. The product was in great condition and was accurate as to the scent I was expecting. The communication along the way was great. I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

    I ordered a fragrance from Alt. and they sent me the wrong one. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement. The problem is, it was the wrong one AGAIN. (Which wouldnt be so bad but I HATE the smell so its useless to me). Ive sent no less than 10 emails and/or ******** messages and theyve either flat-out ignored me or theyve asked for pictures of what I received and/or order numbers, but then never respond after I give them the requested information. *** filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund but all I really want is the original fragrance I ordered! I have ordered from them once before and absolutely loved the fragrance but the customer service is just horrible and its too much of a hassle. Do better by your repeat customers, Alt.

    I have ordered twice from ALT and so far have not been disappointed. The fragrances smell great and last fairly long. As for shipping, the first order came fairly quick and the second a wee bit longer, however that would be a carrier issue not an ALT issue.

    I love this company. *** had a great product that saves me tons of money! I have several of their fragrances and they last longer than the original. I will continue to purchase their products for a long time.

    I just received my order today after ordering 6 days ago. They sent a sweet follow up email and told me to reach out if I needed anything. I've never smelled the original Baccarat, but this smells amazing. I'm looking forward to wearing out!
