Paid for lessons for my son in May and the company was a no show even after several attempts. At the first no show, we called the instructor, *****, he said that the company car was not working and needed to be fixed and will be out tomorrow. The next day he was also a no show and when we called ***** he then informed us that he no longer works for the company because they have not paid him. I called the company and they apologized and set us up with an instructor named ***. *** was also a no show. At this point we just wanted a full refund since services were not rendered. After several phone calls, on hold waiting, and being disconnected we finally talked to an operator who said she would pass it along to her supervisor, Stacey. They would not give us Stacey direct contact information when asked. We waited for weeks for a response, and nothing yet and our credit card has not been refunded for $667. I booked a driver license test for my twin boys with this company. First appt was canceled an hour before. We showed up the next day and they were an hour behind schedule. Finally completed the test. Went to the DMV two weeks later to get their license. The certificate did not show at the DMV that they had passed. Waited 1 hour on hold trying to resolve the issue and was hung up on. Went in person and they told me they could not help, no manager on site, no computers to look up the certificate, and refused to refund my money. Offered no resolution to the problem and now two hours later ai am having to pay again for my son to take the road test again.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 6 hour driving lessons and Class E licensing package from All Florida along with the follow up lesson & Florida driver’s test for my granddaughter ********* *****. She took the lessons January/February 2023. We have reached out to the company to schedule the driver’s test only to find out the office in Wesley Chapel is closed. We have tried numerous times to contact them at their headquarters & schedule. We cannot get anyone to respond or we’re put on hold for 30-45 minutes and still no one there to schedule or give an explanation.Initial Complaint

I am making a complaint because I spent 430$ on an In Car road lesson with this company, after i bought it I was given an email stating that my lessons were scheduled for 4 years ago on 12/09-12/10/2019. I bought the service on 6/25/2023. After trying to reach the company to see scheduling and or try to find a location where I can receive my service I was hung up on during my phone call and after an hour of trying to reach through the main call line, I couldn't reach anyone to help me. After this I looked at the recent reviews of this business and found that they have not been giving anyone the service they are paying for and refusing contact with customers. There are several people reaching out to tell me that this business has taken their money and ran.
The Photos included is a bank statement showing proof of purchase, and the second is a direct statement from the website of the company showing that I did in fact pay for the services directly from them at the website listed below.

Biggest joke and thieves out there. Paid $600 for driving school and the drivers never showed up and no phone call and of the 5 that they rescheduled. They also never contacted us about rescheduling, they just took it upon themselves. I have called so many times asking for a manager and there is no one able to speak. I have been told an email will be sent and someone will contact me, it’s now been 4 months and no contact. I was told today there is a list of people waiting for their case to be reviewed for refunds. That should tell you something about the company. We had to use another company and my son will be taking his driving test in a couple days. No thanks to this company. I just want a refund.Initial Complaint

I signed my son up for driving lessons at the recommendation of neighbors who had used this company in the past. They charged my credit card and sent emails saying i was registered. I have tried to call daily and tried emailing. No response. My husband spoke to someone and was put on hold and then hung up on. If they cannot schedule the lessons and deliver on services i want a full refund. They are unresponsive and poorly run. But they continued to reschedule all month. I even contacted an Administrator to schedule two more appointments to see if the instructor would follow through again, no. So at this point I called to cancel anymore services and requested a Full refund for services unrendered in a timely manner. I was told today they have a no refund policy. No every said that when they told my money months sgo. I have been calling for several weeks and bo one informed me of this until now. So what can I do. Please help. On 11 May 2023, my wife and I went into the Pinellas Park, FL location to purchase driving lessons for my wife. We paid $701.93 for six lessons and the driving test.
At the first appointment, the instructor said that this was his first lesson and didn’t really know what to do. He had to actually be reminded to put his seatbelt on during the lesson. He spent a majority of the time reviewing YouTube videos on how to conduct the lessons. We didn’t feel comfortable after the first lesson, but decided to give it one more try. On the day of the second lesson, the instructor never showed up. We called the business to ask what was going on and what happened to the appointment. After being on hold for 45 minutes, the business informed us that they fired the instructor that was assigned to my wife. We then asked if there was going to be another instructor and were told that we needed to go into the office directly. Upon arriving at the office, we decided to give the company one more opportunity before requesting a refund. The company rescheduled all of our appointments with them. My wife started over with a new instructor and the experience was much better. On the day of my wife’s second appointment with the new instructor, the instructor never shows up. We waited 45 minutes before calling the business. Once we called, we were informed that the instructor took the day off. This was on 01 June 2023. We immediately requested a refund. We were told that we need to speak with a supervisor and that the supervisor would be calling us back to discuss everything.
My wife had a third appointment scheduled for 3 June as well. Nobody showed up for this appointment either. There hasn’t even been an explanation for that one. We were told on 05 June that their contract says “no refunds”, however it also says that they must notify us when there is a cancellation and they have not done that three times. Therefore, they have breached the contract and we want our money back.Business Response

can appreciate your concerns and understand your frustration. You can be
assured after 8.5 Years of providing driving education to over 45,000 teen
and young adults in the State of Florida we are focused on education. Your situation as described is not the norm and would not be acceptable by our standards. Our training policy for instructors has them workign with mentors weeks with mentor instructors prior to taking a student solo. We,
much like many other organizations in today's environment are subject to
employee issues that are at times a surprise to everyone including us. Your concerns will be addressed. the poor customer service you may be experiencing has not been the norm

I paid $233.98 for my daughter to have a 2-hour practice course and her driving test. This was supposed to be scheduled on June 1st, back to back. I received an email the morning of saying that they were both rescheduled for 2 weeks later. They did not call me to ask me if the date worked or let me know what was happening, just sent me an email rescheduling for a date and time we couldn't not make. They rescheduled the test for June 5th (today) at 3:30, but told me that we would have to drive to Ormond Beach for the driving lesson, which is over an hour away from where we live. The date they provided for that was also three weeks after the driving test. I asked for a refund but they said that they could not refund me, but that I could transfer the two hour lesson to another child. I gave them the information of my other daughter to transfer the lesson to and they never created an account for her. Said that they had it in the notes that she would be able to take the transfer but that I had to wait several weeks to schedule her practice tests. My other daughter was supposed to have her driving test today at 3:30. They sent another email rescheduling it for another day (email was sent at 1:10 this afternoon, less than 2 hours before they wanted us there). Again, we were not called and they rescheduled for a day that we are not available. I have tried calling several times for a refund today. They put me on hold and then hang up forcing me to call back. They are refusing a refund of what I paid even though they have not provided services and do not show any proof of allowing me to transfer the driving lesson to my other daughter. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for a refund. The only solution I want is a refund for the services I never received. I have all of the emails showing the cancellations by their company. My daughter is now going to take her test through the local DMV. I want a FULL REFUND!
