Trulieve Hollywood and Trulieve corporate are awful. I ordered 10 gummies at $15 each. I went to pick them up the next day, within the 24 hour window, and they tried to charge me $17.50 each. The staff at Trulieve said that since I didn't get my order by end of day that I couldn't get the sale price. Trulieve sent me a confirmation email the day I placed the order that the gummies were $25 each. I got the confirmation page from their website, a confirmation email and a confirmation text, none of which states that I have to pick up the order by end of day. I have ordered sale items regularly and picked them up the next day within the 24 hour window and have always gotten the sale price. I have been using Trulieve for over a year and have never been overcharged like this before. I called Trulieve customer service and they were as unhelpful as the staff at Trulieve Hollywood. Well, Trulieve is not the only dispensary in town.Trulieve, Inc.

On November 19, 2023 I went to Trulieve in Lady Lake the villages and bought my medical marijuana, flower prescription of pineapple upside down cake. I was surprised when I get home open one of the containers it was empty but yet it had crumbs in it and it was factory sealed. I checked the others and found seven empty containers. I went to Lady Lake where I bought these spoke to a manager ask her to document this and contact the company. She said she did not have time. She will do it later and just leave the empties with her. I said I’d contact the company to make sure it was documented, so nobody else would have this problem reported the problem to the company and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. I would like to return these and get my $300 back whenever I call customer service they say I have to wait for someone to contact me. If you go into Trulieve and buy three containers and one is empty with marijuana crumbs in the bottom, but yet it’s factory sealed do you think that they are going to refund your money if you already opened it? Beware of this company, I will never do business with them againTrulieve, Inc.

Wish I could give them 0 STARS!! I ordered items for delivery on 11/16 for delivery 11/18. At 12:43 I decided to call the dispensary to see when my order would be delivered and to my shock and surprise I was told that my order would not be delivered because it didn’t meet delivery standards. They also said that someone tried to reach out to me several times, which was a flat out LIE! I wouldn’t be upset if I was told sorry we made a mistake or we didn’t have enough delivery drivers, but instead they chose to LIE to me! I will NEVER order from them again and so happy we have MUV coming to my town and they are also delivering to me the same order without issues. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this company but it will be the last as I won’t order again through them. Also, the last time I had a delivery, the driver said they were short staffed and would I like a job! Who asks a customer that? These people need to learn how to train your employees, as they haven’t a clue!! Nowhere in the email I received when I placed my order, did it mention they could not deliver this to me.Trulieve, Inc.

Trulieve used to be great but since i have lived in citrus county florida, they stink. They are slow and make excuses, similar to their pasted responses to each complaint here. They dont care. They stink at customer service and dont have enough employees working. Stop the excuses and saying your working on it because this has been happening for 3 years. They dont have enough employees and then treat walk ins like crap and make them wait for an hour while watching all the express people walk in and out. Hire more people and stop the excuses and lies.Trulieve, Inc.

If I didn't live so close, I would go elsewhere ... the wait time is ridiculous, they've got a room full of patients and 2 people working the back .. Sitting at the Boca Raton dispensary for at least half an hour, maybe more, is unacceptable. There's lots of competition out there with little to no wait time. Time to step up your game, Trulieve .. and get some more people to service your customers !!!Trulieve, Inc.

The products are great, but I shop the store in Riverview, FL. I always have to wait a minimum of an hour...every time. They have registers for many but only 2 people in the back every time. Corporate needs to look at how many people are walking out...it would be better for business to hire more people. You even wait if you express order. Sitting in the lobby now and 11 people have walked out.
I will be a fan of Cannibist going forward, it's farther but saves te from going to Trulieve!Trulieve, Inc.

Waited for a call back all day.....never got one. Web site was down, contacted customer services through chat....waste of time, I don't believe I chatted to a real person...... customer service is important! .....all day I suffered through anxiety and stress. I will be shopping somewhere else. To much competition in the area to put up with this.Trulieve, Inc.

On the outside it seemed nice. even the greater was nice. but that was it. The first one I visited, people in the back acted like they were talking down to me. So I went to a location closer to home. Same deal -_-. OK, so I go and try to buy 2 - 1G - 510 thread cartridges, one of each strain. What I get is a .5 gram Sativa Cartridge and a 1 gram Indica Cartridge. The claim is they don't have it in 1 gram. Both Cartridges turned out to be very dark in color and tasted kinda like old cigarettes ugh. They were supposed to be lemon & orange flavored being new to this I did not know this was not normal. The .5 gram failed at half empty. I took it back & complained. They were like Oh, here let me fix that for you and switched it out for a identical dark colored taste like crap cartridge. It failed about halfway as well, and so did the 1 gram Indica cartridge. - - - - - - - Needless to say I went out venturing and located at least two dispensary's from other company's that not only have nicer people. Their Cartridges do not fail, they are not dark colored liquid in them and do not taste like old cigarettes! My personal research suggest you will spend at least double the $$ at Trulieve for a crappy product. Had to leave 1 star just to post it should have been recorded as a -1Trulieve, Inc.

They charge you a three dollar fee for debit transaction but don’t tell you the machine is going to charge you an additional 2.50 so it cost you $5.50 to do debit transactionsTrulieve, Inc.
