      I can’t believe that they would cut the staff and make customers wait so long! I was told that the cut was so Truelieve could have enough money to pay off a loan by the end of the year! I’d rather take my business to Surterra, where the wait is less than 5 minutes! They evidently don’t care about their customers!

      This company has been my primary dispensary for 2 years and now they are just terrible. Staff cut backs have created a horrible experience there. The wait times are ridiculous!! ! I’m done. I believe they are going under. Too many other options out there to deal with this crap.

      Everytime I put in an order it takes forever to get filled. Today I put an order in at 1230 pm. It's now 748 and there is still an half hour wait.I asked her why and she said there are 7 people in front of you for express. I still want to know why? Last week a manager had walked off, that is why orders were late, I had to wait 49 minutes then.

      This is a shame. Trulieve responds to every comment with “we’ve addressed the problem”. It’s a flat out lie. Patient after patient is telling you this is unacceptable.

      Terrible service. The computer was down at the other location in Tampa so I came here and this one is now down.
      Ridiculous waste of time and they offer no discount.

      Used to be great, been going to them almost exclusively for years! But they've severely cut back their staff and now you're stuck waiting an hour if you're lucky even if you place an express order. I'd recommend going to any other dispensary in Florida that actually cares about their customer service.

      Terrible customer service, just plain don't care! Got mad at me because I canceled an order and hijacked my account showing they dispensed an ounce to me when they did not. I have never had a dispensary not dispense some thing, but show on your account. Seriously messed up people there.

      Extremely disappointed and disgusted with all truelive locations throughout Florida. Every location seems to have cut down on staff causing ridiculously long wait times. Their poor staff gets yelled at and have no control due to the lack of help in their locations due to corporate downsizing! They are a growing company but yet have been cutting back on staff! I would never recommend Truelive until they put more staff in ALL of their locations!

      Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service. So much for express…..they send a text for your order & then say it’s not ready yet etc etc. absolutely terrible unless you want to spend the day there
