      *********** organization. Mishandled and lost payments. I paid my HOA fee on time every month. They put them in the wrong account and then when it appeared I was late with payments, they had an attorney write and threaten me with liens. I paid a special assessment fee in January. My bank showed receipt of the payment. They admitted that they lost the check. I have been a real estate investor for over 40 years. I have been involved with a few property management companies. This company is without direction, and apathetic to boot.

      It's a shame they are encouraging so many reviews here to paint a false picture of their company. Ultimately, as you know since you are here, they are not a good company. Personally, I am having issues with them trying to create false debts and bill them to me through threats and harassment. Here are some place to report them if you having issues with them:1. Florida Attorney general complaint 2. *** housing complaint 3. **** complaint against their license (****** this and it will come up)4. If your issue is finance related like mine, make complaints against them through *********

      Lisa ******* is very competent manager. She throughly reviews every issue realistically and help resolve it in a timely manner. She’s a good listener which is very important for being a competent manager. Lisa is a pleasant person to work with. ***** *

      I appreciate that HOA informs me immediately if there is a violation and allows sufficient time to remedy it. When the lines of communication are open, the issue can be corrected quickly and efficiently. Thank you ********.

      Keeping 250+ residents satisfied is a monumental task. But that's what the **** maintenance team (*****, ******, and *******) has managed to do at the Beacon on 3rd in **************. Each treats owners and tenants with respect and a good attitude. They are responsive and responsible. Each deserves 5 Stars. -- *****

      Just want to give some kudos to the crew at the B***** on *** in St Petersburg.. Vanessa, Eddie, Mirsad and Jeff all do a wonderful job. We are fortunate to have such dedicated staff at our condominium!

      I've lived at ********** on 3rd (Downtown ************) twice. I bought in 2012 and lived there until 2018. I moved in again in 2023. The difference in management and support is unreal. In 2018, the team was non-responsive, rude, and often intoxicated. This time, things couldn't be more different! **** and his team (*******, *****, and ******) are truly exceptional in every way. They always make me feel heard, safe, and give me such peace of mind. A GREAT team!!
