      I am so pleased with the quick responses that I have received from ***********************. She has helped me many times and especially today. There was a problem with getting an approval for a roof replacement. She resolved the problem and now I can get a new roof. I have given her 5 stars before and today she should receive 10 stars.Sincerely,******************

      Best Property Management Company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. *****, ****** and ******* do a fabulous job in the maintenance department, while the onsite manager, ****, is second to none. Bravo!

      The CA maintenance pros (Eddie, Mirsad, and Vanessa) at the Beacon on Third are top notch. They are always smiling, polite, and friendly even when they are busy. Keeping a building of this size clean (especially when some residents don't do their part) and running efficiently is not easy, and they should be recognized for their superb jobs. Like others have said below, I appreciate them.

      The Beacon is a special place to live, expertly maintained and cared for by our talented and friendly staff. ***** and ****** can fix anything. And ******* not only keeps this busy place clean, but does it with a willing smile. I am so lucky to have found my retirement home here.

      We are very lucky at the Beacon on Third to have Condominium Associates managing and especially having *******, staff. ******* is such a pleasure to.be around. She always greats us by name with a big smile and is such a hard worker. We couldn't have a better person than ******* and want to make sure she is recognized for just being Vanessa, a great person ! ***** ******

      The staff at The Beacon on 3rd is fantastic. Everyone is more than courteous and are very detail oriented. They are as much a part of the Beacon as those of us living here.

      The team from Condominium Assoc that work together at my condo Beacon on 3rd is THE BEST. They couldnt be better. They are all friendly, polite, hardworking and conscientious.
