We lived in the Woodlands at Longleaf. We began to have issues with our neighbors aggressive dogs attacking our service dog, strong foul odors from their yard due to excessive animal stool from their 4 dogs not being picked up, and their cats living on our property. According to our governing documents, Condominium Associates had the duty to enforce rule regarding strong smells/odors and nuisance. Not only did they fail to properly enforce our governing documents, but when I provided documentation showing that I had life threatening allergies to our neighbors cat they ignored our requests for assistance. We were in the process of working through reasonable accommodations with them when this company advised our neighbors to call the police on us while we were working with Animal Control services. We were informing by a board member of the Woodlands at Longleaf that two board members were purposely targeting me and my family because they personally did not like us. This board member also informed us that the board was misusing funds. At a court hearing employees of Condominium Associates and the President Board member lied under oath about their knowledge regarding the above information. I was informed of this by neighbors who had advised this board member that our grievances were legitimate. This company caused myself and my family permanent and irreparable damage due to their inconsistent enforcement of our governing documents. Be cautious of this company. They are dishonest and incapable of properly enforcing HOA documents.
